THAT'S the trade! DJ for Shemar even-steven. I'll guarantee his full rookie contract, then let him vie for a backup role. He can only poison the locker room so much from the bench. If he becomes a beast...we win big. Not that they would agree to this, but it's about what I'm willing to give up for a cancerous turd. -
Yeah, I wouldn't want to go into the season with 3 rookies and Jones, who hasn't ever been a "starter" before. Getting rid of DJ is deal breaker for me.

They sort of drafted him in case they couldn't reach a deal with Trey Hendrickson. Maybe they are close with Hendrickson. I think the A&M defensive scheme may have hurt Scourton and Stewart's sack numbers but at least Nic had four; Stewart had 1.5. If we hadn't drafted two edge rushers, i would be in favor of exploring a trade for the guy.
