Johnathan Stewart the most elusive back in NFL, DWill ranked 9th

Idk I'd say Cam is one of the more elusive runners around and it's not just because he straight up jukes people. Alot of the times he just shifts and forces defenders to try to arm tackle him and he ends up making them look like fools, I consider that a byproduct of elusiveness even though it's more of a broken tackle.

ya Know Frizzy this is the concept some people miss I think. The only thing that matters in combat/competition whatever is "what a man can do and what a man cant do" (wish there were a different way to say it but thatll work). Once you know that a man is capable of shifting at a certain speed or in a certain way, you then have to account for it before you close in for the tackle. When you account for those things you lose other avenues of attack since you have to cautious, and in some cases. . . my favorite . . . discombobulation. He goin left, no he jukin, nah he was goin left shouldve stuck on course. . bye bye Cam.

I will say though, I think Cam is the most elusive for his size (I dont think there are any TE's that can run like him) but the most elusive runners in the NFL or the smallest ones with speed that avoid contact. . . . Deshaun Jackson and Vick come to mind. 89 would be way up there but he likes to make examples out of people too often to be lumped in with the more "shy". . . 89 gets more tactical accountability then either of those two since he has the same speed and elusiveness but he might just stiff arm your ass into the dirt too.

I prefer Panthers runners because they make you account for everything, D Lo Stew and Smitty all run like that imo.
