Ticket2Packs for 2009

Section 505

Recommended Posts

not to rain on anyones parade but 51 dollar tickets are in the nosebleeds

They are uppderdeck...but the price of the ticket has to do with the section, not the row. You could be same section Row 1 or Row 34 and have the same ticket price.

$51 tickets are in sections that start on the 20 yd line and run to the back of the end zone.

Sec 508-512, 517-521, 535-539, and 544-548.

I would imagine that the remaining tickets that the Panthers have would be in higher rows, but that is merely an assumption.

Anyone willing to help an out of state friend?

I would love to buy a two-pack but this out of state address bans me from making Ticketmaster purchases for Panther games. I would gladly paypal the moolah if someone would be willing to help!!

I'd be happy to...

How easy/cheap is it to just buy tickets out in front of the stadium shortly before kickoff? I'm thinking I might give that route a try.

It's usually pretty easy. Just don't try it on a major game and you'll have no problem. If you're willing to wait until kickoff time, you'll get a great price, below face value for sure...

Seems every home game has the potential to be big this year. Awesomeness.

Yeah, I'm really talking about Monday night games and such. Your typical Sunday 1:00 game there will be plenty of tickets out there unless it's a rival and then only because a bunch of rival fans have come up to do the same thing. But I do have friends that have attended every single home game without tickets for the last 6 years without ever having to pay over face...

    • Gustavsson would be insane. I think we would have to break the bank to afford that move. Which, I don't think is necessarily a bad idea. Ultimately, Freddie isn't likely to be around more than a couple of seasons more. We can all agree that unless they have a fleet of sports psychologists working on Kochetkov, he will never be capable of getting his head on straight enough to compete.
    • I originally hated the Miller deal but with the cap projected to rise nearly $10M next season the Canes struck some pretty good deals between Miller and Ehlers. Most of the team is locked in for the next few years. Nikishin will need an extension probably in the $6M AAV range. And Blake will need one if we don’t move him. Personally I’d move Blake, picks, and any prospect not named Nikishin/Nadeau/Artamonov for McTavish as I don’t see any any of the big time players moving teams next year. Realistically the Hurricanes should just target Gustavsson next year to fix the goal tending issue. But I’m all for moving Blake, picks, and prospects for McTavish this year. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - McTavish - Stankoven Martinook - Staal - Carrier Hall - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Jost - Jankowski Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Gostisbehere - Walker Reilly Andersen Kochetkov I’d do Blake, Felix-Unger-Sorum, and 27 2nd for McTavish.
    • Very true on the length but stuff like this is never where we shine. We aren’t a good team at drafting.
