weight loss

Very few people looked like Awnold prior to Algore inventing the internet - now the worlds full of them.

googoodan has a very valid point... BMI, while fair for some people, doesn't give a complete picture. At 6'0", 215lbs I'm listed as 29.2, high in the "overweight" category, and nearly in the obese category. Yet I workout 6 days a week, have less than 15% body fat and 17.5 inch arms... hardly overweight.

I rest my case.

I rest my case.

Yes, I look like Arnold... back when he was an Mr. Olympia too... jackass.

I've been working out for years... I tore my rotator cuff 2 years ago and couldn't work out... got it fixed, had to take 6 months off from working out to do PT and get it back... once I could start back again, I made it a point to workout as hard as I can.

I had gained about 15 pounds in the time I was not able to work out... I've lost all of that and then some...

I'm almost 40 so I wanted to be as healthy as possible so I could be around for my kids... that's the story, I'm in pretty damned good shape compared to most people I see... don't care whether you believe it or not...

dude- relax - it was just a joke

some of you folks are wound too damn tight to participate in general nonsense and tomfoolery

See if you were Saltman or Jase or Hawk... I would have known it was a joke... I have no clue who you are... text has no inflection. How is one to know what is a joke when there is no other context or smileys? Sounded serious to me... and had I been in this thread early in 2011, I would have said, yeah, I'm fat and need to be able to workout and lose weight... and I do get your point that on the internet everyone is hot and great... but in the case of this discussion, I think everyone's being pretty honest... and quite honestly in this forum as well.

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
