You, myself and every experts out there never consider LB to be an area of weakness until the second after Goodell called out Kuechly's name. We were all begging for a DT in Cox.

I never said lb wasn't a weakness too. But you know RR had Barron higher than Kuechly while both our Safties were fully healthy. If Barron was still there at 9th, he would've been a Panthers and not Kuechly.

All I'm saying is how could you not attempt to even sign a guy like Landry who has a recognition in the league, but have Barron higher than Kuechly. I never argue that LB was not a weakness. I NEVER DID. That's why I'm saying how could Barron have been higher than Kuechly. Your argument is stupid.

Very true. I never saw Landry as a great coverage guy but the man does has great speed. Landry is a better all around FS than both Martin/Nakamura and even Godfrey.

Probably right. I don't know how much they paid him, if it is next to nothing then it couldn't have hurt. However, when you are looking for reliability you don't sell a 1970 Ford Pinto and buy a 71 Pinto to replace it.

He ran a 4.3 at the combine and is an absolute beast. We were not in the running in FA and he may not have fit Hurney's target list...he would be as good in coverage as anyone we have on the roster currently. He simply has Achillies problems so there is a health red flag.

I dnt hate Godfrey, Martin or Nakamura but I dnt love Landry also.

I'm just not like every other fan who believes players on their favorite teams are superheroes compare to players from another team. I tell it as it is. Landry is a better safety than who we have atm, just like Cam is not a top 5, maybe top 10 QB atm also.
