Just saying that if a guy is on the roster at 6 pm tonight, don't assume he'll be on the roster at 6 pm tomorrow night. There are likely to be at least 2 or 3 guys who don't figure into Ron's plans, maybe a few more, and the bar for what we need to pick up to replace them isn't particularly high and likely to be met by guys released by other teams.

gotcha.

teams will pare down their rosters to fit the 53 and then if they see someone they need/want then there will be more players available.

lot's of turnover the next few days going on. today isn't the only day to benefit from this wave of cuts.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the guys that just made it over the bubble should leave their bags packed b/c we could definitely use help from some of the guys that will hit the market.

I think you will be surprised at a few names that turn out to have been on the bubble, based on what happens today and tomorrow.

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
