Where Cam Has To Improve

The guy got away with a ton last year, Now teams know how to play him. I said it when he was drafted and will say it again, in the NFL you must read defenses and throw the ball accurately first, second, third and forth THEN run.

the kid can't read NFL Defenses. Look at him back there, deer in the headlights.

More yards passing in his rookie season than any quarterback in history, a 70% completion rate this year, and a QB rating over 100 this year... But he can't read defenses? You sir are an idiot!

Oh for fuks sakes

It doesn't matter what pre snap read he makes. The fake read option allows the defense like the giants to get 2 more seconds of pressure on him. Its stupid, lunacy to run that against a defense like the Giants. STupid

How? It'll get to the point where he can change in and out of it

There's nothing wrong with the read option, but yes making it a focal point of the offense that's not good

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
