Buck stops at Rivera for me. Sit your OC down and have a heart-to-heart. He's just not getting it done and not trying to, as his boss you need to either correct him or replace him otherwise you both will have an oar on that sinking boat.

Whatever quality Rivera has that keeps him from reigning in this buffoon doesn't belong on any NFL coaching staff.

I thought in 2010 that Rivera was going to really refresh this team and give it a real kick in the pants. I was excited about the prospect of a hard-nosed coach. This guy is a pussy.
