I'm so glad Gruden just freaked out about Cam's body language.

On National TV, in regards to Cam being frustrated about running out the clock. Everyone watching the game will be thinking "THAT'S the big deal the media has been talking about??"

Gruden making that stupid comment is a huge PR lift for Cam.

Any quarterback would have been unhappy in that situation not just cam.

That's exactly my point. The whole world has seen Brady and Manning do that a million and one times. Football fans see that and hear Gruden whine, they're inclined to think "Wait.... That's the big deal?"

    • almost every GM in the NFL is aggressively trying to improve their roster each year wether that be trades, the draft, free agency & or re-signing players, coaches etc . trust me it takes a whole lot more than gradual improvements to your roster each season to actually keep up with your competition & assemble a winning football team in the NFL ...just saying
    • Sounds about right IMO. Basically, outside of the QB position Dan is making overall solid moves but QB in the linchpin.
    • 1-12 in the ECF. In any other sport that coach would be on the hot seat. But even if Rod is swept again nothing will change. No assistant changes. No scheme changes. Nothing. Then next year we will win 45-50 games. Then make the playoffs and then hit a wall with a hot team and goalie.  This entire playoffs has been about the offense and I don’t think we can win games against better opportunities scoring 2-3 goals.  We definitely aren’t beating Vegas or Colorado scoring 2-3 goals a game.
