I work for Travel Channel, and just wanted to encourage you guys to watch a new show we have premiering tomorrow night. It's being described as a PG version of HBO's Hard Knocks, only it's shot during the regular season.

This season, it follows the Browns. Here's a trailer for it.

On-Air media supervisor....which means I coordinate commercials and on-air promos for our shows. The order of every element you see on your TV (for Travel Channel) was organized by yours truly.

Hope it doesn't seem like I'm just trying make this thread an advertisement, I'm just excited about this show and thought others might be too.

I wonder how much someone like you makes salary wise. Like that's an important job because if you screw up, hundreds of thousands would see it, but then again, I can't imagine it being overly difficult either (not meant to be offensive).

No offense taken. If I can do it, anyone can! My career before this was as a radio personality...so it's hardly something that requires a lot of experience.

Luckily there is a good checks and balances system to catch any mistakes that may have been made. I build the way the day should look on the network, but there is still a full staff of the people that push all the buttons in real time to make sure things air the way they are supposed to.

The show airs tonight at 10p. I'm hoping it does well so they will do it for the whole season next year...maybe with a team more entertaining than the Browns.
