@MichaelJLev: Steve Smith refused to answer ?s about Cam Newton: "5 weeks ago you guys were killing him. Now you want to (expletive) his (expletive)."

@MichaelJLev: @SCTrojan_Sam I know what Steve Smith is like. Was warned he might not want to talk abt Cam. Didnt think he'd go off like that, but whatever

@MichaelJLev: OT Jordan Gross did talk about Cam Newton: "We can go as far as he can take us, and I think that’s as far as the Super Bowl at some point"

What does this mean I'm comfused

    • Nice explanation, but I was just messing with you. Thought that would be obvious. I dont have the energy to keep on trolling. Last season I compared our situation with Bryce as a potential Alex Smith, but what we should be looking for is our version of Mahomes. Some people will read that as one sentence, to me that single sentence is equivalent to a half A4 explanationf of the teams pathway forward.
    • I dont know how much of his salary would come across and how much a trade would cost but I feel Kmet would be the sort of TE Canales and Morgan would like
    • I honestly question play calling a lot more towards the end of last season than Bryce’s play. I’m not sold on Canales as an offensive mind, I haven’t seen the advantage he gives on that side of the ball. Maybe that changes with the new coordinator so that will be something to look for. Either way I’m not falling for the same hook line sinker again this offseason. I hope we don’t settle for a qb just because of some weird attachment issues we seem to have as an organization to Bryce. I’d rather start the search for a qb again, now with a much more stable team and front office, then getting hooked for multiple years with a qb that under performs and is overpaid
