Former Wolfpack head coach Tom O' Brien called Wolff the heart and soul of the defense for a reason, and like Bishop, he is an extremely hard worker who got better with each passing season at N.C. State. No one wants to be great more than Earl Wolff, and his numbers are a testament to this fact. Perhaps he gets his discipline and drive from his mother, who is a master sergeant in the National Guard. Wherever this self-proclaimed momma's boy gets his inspiration, it sure has taken him a long way, and his journey is far from over.

The undersized first team All-ACC safety was dynamic in his final college season. Not only did he record 19 tackles at Clemson, but he also recorded at least 17 tackles in four other games. In addition to solid closing speed, Wolff possesses excellent instincts. He covers ground really well and this allows him to make plays all over the field. His route recognition is above average, and he also shows the ability to read a quarterback's eyes. Moreover, Wolff is an outstanding form tackler and is a big hitter.

as a UNC fan I'd take him in a heartbeat if he lasts till the 4th. Seems like

every play I watched of the Pack for the last 2 seasons, if he wasn't making the play,

he was right there next to it.

Exactly I'm a UNC fan as well (rough basketball season smh) and I'd take him in the fourth if he was there without a doubt

      Damn good take, brother.  I think I take that poo personally because (sidebar: I don’t like to use narcissist often because social media has made it a buzzword and diluted the meaning, so when I use it, I don’t take it lightly) I grew up in a home with a raging narcissist, then married a narcissist and just came out of a divorce after a 20 year marriage with her, where afterwards she met and married another narcissist.🤣  And in my dealings with them, over my 41 years on this earth, at times I took great delight in breaking down their arguments point by point and forcing them to either acknowledge their wrongs and take ownership of them or watch them yammer and stammer away when they ran out of lies and excuses.  At various points, that was extremely satisfying, but ultimately, which I’ve realized especially after the last 3 years and going through the divorce and everything, it does NOTHING to them.  It doesn’t affect them one way or another.  For a logical, reasonable, grounded person, you would think calling them in their poo will bring it to their attention when they’re face when nothing but facts and truth and force them to change, but nope.  Not in the slightest.  They just disassociate from the ones who do that and find more people who will validate their behaviors and thinking.  poo pisses me off because they’re so destructive and couldn’t care less so long as their needs are met.
