In possible news, Redskins (and former Saints) OT Jammal Brown is expected to be allowed to become a free agent.

Brown was the Saints first round pick the same year we drafted Thomas Davis. They thought he'd be their franchise left tackle for years but it didn't work out that way.

Yeah, the rumor was we liked him, or that we pretended to like him, so they traded up. I have no idea if any guy from our front office ever actually confirmed or denied anything.
