If you mean top tier in college, that's an easy one. Jimmy Clausen. He pretty much ripped Clausen a new one.

Other examples: Said Ryan Mallett was immature and made lousy decisions. Wasn't that big a fan of Jake Locker either. Had questions about Andy Dalton too. Said Christian Ponder wasn't good enough to be a starter. Thought Colin Kaepernick had intriguing upside though, and had plenty of good to say about Josh Freeman.

As far as the stuff you quoted above on Geno Smith, look above. I have no idea where that stuff is coming from. It runs counter to what I've heard, and as a WVU fan, I've read plenty about Smith.

My personal belief: That information is wrong, but taking the additional leap to say it's race-based? Not buying it. I've cited my evidence above as to why. Do you have any evidence to counter with>

The draft preview comes with the subscription. PFW's a great read.

And I don't think Nawrocki's" destroyed" it. There's plenty of good analysis to find, and a pretty good amount of what I read in them proves true. Otherwise I wouldn't read it. Mind you, it's not the only one I read. I buy up pretty much every draft preview I see.

Is the PFW draft analysis what it once was? No. Are there sometimes glaring mistakes? Yep, but again, find me a draft analyst you can't say that about.

Like I said, if I stopped reading every draft guy who screwed up on a prospect, I'd have nobody left.

Guessing you missed where I mentioned the parts about the Geno Smith profile that I thought were baseless.

But see, here's the thing. Every one of these things has a "base" but it's found in someone's evaluation, which is essentially an opinion except where it cites particular incidents in the player's background.

Sometimes those opinions are wrong, but "wrong" isn't synonymous with "racist". And I've given you plenty of examples where white QBs had highly negative personal items in their evaluation. There are worse ones than those, mind you, but I was sticking with names people would recognize.

I'm still waiting for you to show me something that proves the negative elements of the analyses are based on race. If you're sure that they are, you should be able to find evidence of it, right?
