Samuel Dalembert possibly traded to the CATS

That trade would be great for us. Losing Vlad would kind of suck, but we get rid of Nazr and his big ass contract. Also, we obtain a legitimate big man down low, allowing Okafor to move to his natural position of PF.

The salary dump is the only brightside imo

I don't think Williams, Henderson or Clark make it to 17

thats why we just worked out James Johnson and Derrick Brown today..

if T.Will is gone, make the trade with the Sixers and get Dalembert and take Johnson at 17, hopefully.. if Clark falls to 17, i would be extremely happy.. if we get T.Will or Henderson at 12, i will be happy.. but if we have to hang onto Nazrs contract, i wont be happy

Is the 17 for 12 even confirmed though last I heard over at RealGM Sixers board was our 2nd rounder to Philly instead of them moving up.

Not a big fan of Dalembert. He's very good defensively but still lacks the true post moves a big man should have offensively. We already have a few guys that fit that mold.. I would jump at the trade if it were for Mohammed, Singletary and a 2nd, or keep Singletary and send both 2nds. I would keep Radman out of the trade.

I think he really offers a dynamic type of player off the bench how has size and can provide some much needed second unit scoring.

If you look at Dalembert though, we give him 30 minutes a game and he's going to give you 10 - 14 points 10 - 14 rebounds and 2-3 blocks a game. That's something nice to have off the bench, it's getting rid of Nzar's ugly piece of a contract. If we have to get rid of Vlad to get rid of Nzar, I say take it. Give Martin some extra mins off the bench or use those second rounders to move up to say 28th or so and take a Decent sized forward who could come off the bench and get 8 - 10 points.

You also have to think they will be asking more of Augustine scoring wise this coming season, I think he can handle the load and get 15pts a game in 30 mins of game time.

I'm just thinking that when we have to play Orlando, having Dalembert, Okafor and Diop will slow him down a bit and get us some wins against them.

I don't think that is possible. Without Rad in on the trade our salary dump is us giving up a 10mil contract and taking on a 13 mil contract. If we do this trade it is because of money, so we have to send Rad too.

I've seen some that have Williams or Henderson falling to the late teens and getting picked around the 17th - 19th pick, Earl Clark in most of the Mocks is always around in the late teens. If Williams falls past NJ, then there is a good chance he could fall all the way to the 17 range.

I like this trade though.

Both our Seconds, Nazr and Vlad for Dalembert and Philly's first round pick.

Maybe get Williams with the 12th pick and get Clark with the 17th. Or maybe take a flyer on BJ mullens.

They're not going to take the seconds. The only reason for them to take this trade is to move up in the draft.
