10?  I was thinking the huddle acted more like a terrible 2!

been here a long time and have interacted with quite the assortment of people, that's for sure.  3 huddle tailgates.  Good times.

I miss the rep system, the pie thing has ran it's course I think.

I'd like to see some sort of system that would give the power to the people on who could or couldn't start threads...kind of like you have to have positive rep to start a new thread sort of thing.

Poster of the day someone mentioned before would have some funny twists I am sure...weekly "celebrity roasts"!

The return of Huddle Survivor would be fun, although I've enjoyed being the reigning champ for the last few years!

Either way...thanks Zod for the huddle

Pretty sad that when a question like this is asked, most of the replies are concerned with website cred/invisible rep/pie/neg rep...etc etc. Leads one to believe that many advocate posting not opinions, but rather dribble/gif's and one-liners that they "think" will get them pie and rep.

LAME

The site seems fine. Rather than some sort of change to the site, is it possible to arrange some type of givaway/raffle? This is a community now...so how about we represent ourselves to the local civic community in the form of charity.

For example...lets say Zod can use his connections with the team to get some awesome item. For example...a jersey/helmet signed by ALL team members.  Then members of the forum can each "donate say...$10.00 to enter the raffle...with the proceeds going to some charity (burned children for example) and will be a donation made not in the name of the team, but of this site itself..with the winner of the awesome prize chosen at random from those who donated.

This seems SO much better than meaningless pie/rep crap...yet benefits the site and all its users by getting us out there as something more than just a bunch of people talking smack and hanging out in the parking lot.

Use the 10th birthday as a stepping stone to something higher~~~

$10 an entry seems stiff.

how about $1 for each. the more you pay the more odds you get.

    • It’s wild to me that so many of you guys are threatened by the idea of an opposing team fan who is polite in 2025. He’s been posting here on and off for years, usually when our teams play each other which hasn’t been for a while. I’d maybe understand this treatment if it was a falcons or saints fan, but packers fans in general are one of the nicer fan bases as long as you aren’t another NFC north team (especially the bears).
    • Some players excel on the big stage, while others freeze and succumb to the pressure. I’m not convinced Cam took a dive. I think he didn’t handle the stage very well. The pressure got to him and he folded. He wouldn’t be the first quarterback or player to struggle in a Super Bowl. Two HOF examples - John Elway and Jim Kelly. The 2002 MVP, Rich Gannon, threw 5 interceptions against the Bucs. Poor performances happen.  Unless of course you believe all these players threw the games they played in, but if that occurred, surely someone by now would have admitted taking a dive? 🤷‍♂️
    • It was always a matter of time with Cam’s playing style and a shorter shelf life than passers that protect themselves. I suppose Cam could have still been playing in 2028 ten years after the hit took place, but he would need to have evolved as a quarterback and become more of a passer than the dual threat maestro he was. It’s sad because it makes us think of what could have been, but I do feel it was always a matter of time until all the hits took their toll.
