Western Conference Finals - Memphis Grizzlies (5) vs. San Antonio Spurs (2)

This is going to be a sweep. After blowing an 18 point first half lead to lose the third straight game 4 might even be a blowout. Memphis just isn't there yet. It's unfortunate because I was pulling for them.

Losing that lead is going to hurt big time. If they could have won that game they would have had a chance to turn around the series, but I can only see the Spurs closing this one out in the next game. The Grizzlies look a bit tired, and the Spurs class is really beginning to tell. I personally am rooting for the Spurs to grab another championship, and I think they have the best chance to beat the Heat in the finals if the Heat get there.

Tony Parker is ridiculous, it'd really be hard for me not to call him the best PG in the league right now.  Granted, I haven't been keeping up with this series as much as the East Finals... but from what I've seen that offense is running like a thing of beauty.  I don't know, but I don't think the Pacers really have what it takes to hang with the Spurs, and they would definitely be a handful for Miami... possibly in the same vein as the Mavericks of 2011.

The Spurs are looking fuging dangerous right now.

I've always had mad respect for Duncan and the Spurs.  Previous to that, I loved David Robinson and his complete game.  Never flashy, but they kill you with technical/team basketball.  Nickel and dime you to death and just wear you down.   Also like mentioned, amazing coach.   Duncan hasn't always got enough credit, maybe because he isn't flashy or because he's perfectly "OK" taking a bankshot since that's the most efficient way to score at that time.  The team is a class act.

I'll also say that the Spurs were definitely the most dominating pro-team (the big 4) in the 2000's.  Three titles and what, 50+ wins each year I think?

Yeah, it seems like the Spurs are constantly overlooked when the conversation of great teams comes up.  I guess it has a lot to do with Kobe/Shaq's Lakers, they were just a lot more marketable and appealing to the general public/casual fans.  But the Spurs have been consistently great for like 15 or so years now.  Always had nothing but respect for Tim Duncan, one of the seemingly chillest dudes in the NBA... and of course David Robinson, that dudes a legend and apparently he's one of the nicest dudes you'll ever meet.  Like you said, it's just a great organization from head to toe.

    • Looking to middle Denver / Minnesota.  Hopefully can cash out both before game ends and make some money on each.
    • Forgive me and all, I think I seen rapport talk about Willis market will be 30+, which is insane. He said many teams are interested and he impressed with his play last yr. I cannot believe some team is going to give 35 per year along with 50 in guarantees. Just hit the market at the right time, the draft sucks after the top guy and current FA looks poor given Jones is with Indy...it was just leave Willis......*tua, Watson, Murray, smith, cousins, _______ should be ava tho...but teams seem down on half of them, even as min type of deal. medical wise tua should retire, cuzins haaaassss to be showing his age soon, right?? Watson, when was his last NFL pass in a game; 2-3 years ago??
    • I swear..... this is RICH coming from a guy talking about cuming down some random #6 womans throat while you were married to Angie, the wife who gave you children.  Steve talks about being a 'man" and all that stuff, the husband of the woman whom Steve sent all those lewd text messages called you on face time. Steve started crying like a BITACH and ended the call after a bitach voiced "Im sorry". fug Steve Smith, Im shocked he's not in jail and Im done with him getting career as a world class asshole. Go enjoy your empty home and I hope Angie takes ALLLLL your money and time away from your kids. God forbid Steve influences them with his "Im from the street" mindset.  Angie and John Kasay helped steve form being Steve, what a joke. insane levels of irony form this Steve weirdo that thinks he's super smart and people owe him all sort of special treatment when he is a giant turd inside and out.
