So... Webb Simpson set a competitive course record with a 64 yesterday and we saw none of it on TV as TNT announced Thursday they were going to show Tiger's round "in its entirety."

 

Then Jason Dufner goes out and shoots a 63, setting another competitive course record and becoming only the 24th guy to ever shoot a 63 in a major. But we saw none of that until he made the turn and Tiger was going nowhere, had already thrown a couple clubs and did his usual.

 

This morning we're treated to watching Tiger and Phil both going backwards while Dustin Johnson put up a 65 (not shown) and there 4 other guys headed for rounds in the 60's (not seeing...)

The good news is all the leaders have yet to even tee it up.

McIlroy is right back in it.

Dufner doubled the fifth as where McIlroy birdied the final two holes.

McIlroy is in the club house at -3, Dufner leads at -7.

I'm just ready to give up on Tiger. He can't win when it matters anymore. He's just not the same player.

Lurking in 7th place at -3 Lee Westwood. Vegas should have a prop bet on him taking the lead sometime tomorrow, but not winning.

Piercy and Day are bringing it, if they record two birdies in the final five holes they will be the only players to have ever shot a 62 in a major.

Both players picked up a bogey on the last hole, it doesn't look like either will get to 62.

Tiger can obviously still win, but I think he's let this major record get in his head...

Watching Duff and Furyk battle now...

I finally played today and had a crazy round... +9 on the front and +1 on the back for an 82..... With an almost HiO on the par 3 #15.
