Decent Article talking about both athletes.

Not long after the story broke Sunday that Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel was reportedly under investigation by the NCAA, I got a call from a colleague in the media business.

"Are we looking at another Cam Newton here?" he asked.

ESPN drawing comparisons that just aren't there. I forgot the term from PSY101 but they are totally playing in people's negative feelings towards Cam to generate more views not only now but in the future. They also say his stock is slipping. Jim Moras playoff rant comes to mind. Draft stock? Draft stock? Your talking about draft stock? I've only played one season and I'm just 20. Draft stock? Crazy espn mofo's

    • TMac is a good player and would've been the right pick if our QB could throw a ball farther than 40 yards. For this team's current build (run first, game management passing attack) and the fact that our TE's are laughably bad - the five on our roster have combined for less than 600 yards total, with 3 TDs - Warren should've been the pick.
    • If anyone feels like they can't have a conversation about Bryce Young nearly three full seasons into his career maybe assess why and how these conversations end this way instead of looking to shoot the messenger. Why is it okay to label anyone else on the team or coaching staff trash? Folks on the huddle and across the fanbase on social media have fully thrown anyone and everyone including rookie 8th overall pick TMac fully under the bus multiple times this season. But some of you guys apparently expect a pat on the back because Bryce Young successfully evaded a few potential sacks while Tyler Shough got consumed by our pass rush throughout the game and still had a superior performance. The state of this division is hilariously mediocre at best. Bryce Young is the only player on this roster who is allowed to have the lowest bar possible yet we have invested the most resources in him. It's lunacy.
    • Bussi in net against the team that waived him
