Actually, this isn't such a bad idea.

Cameron is a Coryell style coach and has had lots of success as a pro coordinator.

(none as a head coach, mind you; but as an OC, I'd take him)

On the flip side his last tenure in the pros didn't end so well. The ONLY thing I like about him is his ability to develop young QBs. Not a fan of the actual play calling though.

That was with a rookie / in experienced QB, who in my eyes isnt even that great.

I dont need to ask the fans. I can easily look at the offensive scoring stats for myself. Pretty much averaged a top 10 ten offense with a rookie / inexperienced qb. 

 

Do I need to bring up his offensive stats from SD or LSU? 

 

SD average offensive rank of 9th (1,5,3 his last three years)

 

So lets get this straight. He was awesome for SD with an average offense of 9th and terrible for BAL with an average offense of 11.6th? OK 

 

LSU he is averaging 41 ppg in the SEC. Completely revamped that team's offense. LSU's QB has the 4th best passer rating. 

 

Do me a favor and name a better realistic OC for us next year.
