Yeah, we knocked out their QB, like we have done to others in the past....The replacement QB is the one their HC almost went with anyway, over Schaub at gametime....We beat them down, no matter how you slice it.

I slice it that you faced a team with an imploding QB problem....

Obviously, wasn't something y'all did bc he was imploding every week before. That offense still walked all over your D in between implosion plays

If Shula continues to progress, the Rams will have a tough time stopping us. If we can get an early lead, we can put them the one place they did not want to be. Behind. We have moved the ball on everyone so far. The Rams will be no different.

They are a WCO methodical type O, without the proper weapons to sustain it. If we get up early, they may not be able to keep up. No team likes to travel the length of the field to score to begin with. With our D, that chore is exponentially tougher.

On most plays, they get the ball out quick, so it is hard to sack Bradford. But every brush, push, hit, and sack adds up. Once you get him rattled, he stays rattled. That can be in our favor.

The Rams are going to want to run the ball. They have been half azzed successful lately, so there is every reason to believe they will try and keep this trend going. It is up to our front 7 to make sure that does not happen.. You let them run, and Bradford and his PA short passing game can work. Take away the run, and Bradford cannot carry the load.

He gets too antsy. Both in his throws, and his pocket awareness. He is exactly what Cam haterz imagine Cam to be.

Once rattled he throws his passes a bit early, and he drops like a 50cent Bangkok *****.

With our Defense, the Rams will not score much. And the Rams D will not be able to stop our O. We win again. 3-3, .500, not a losing record. Dayum.

You know that feeling? When you get a little frisky with the wife, and she reciprocates? So you get a little feisty, and she still plays along? And you just know, if you play your cards right, there just may be sex involved. That feeling? Yeah, I gots that one right now about our Offense.

I have two major worries about this game:

It's a Jeff Fisher injure-the-other-team defense. His position on the rules/competition committee guarantee 90% pf the dirty plays won't get a flag.

The other is I can see Ron Rivera getting cocky with his newfound love for fourth down conversions. Mass suicide if Ron tries a 4th and 1 and fails in the fourth quarter on our side of the 50. It's bound to happen eventually.... FTL

I think we have the talent for sure to pull it off. But the officials will not call a fair game. We will have injuries. Ron will blow an otherwise perfect gameplan on a silly strategic blunder.

And FTR, please stop with the jinx BS. Nothing typed on this board has any effect on the field. Nor does our logo.

You guys are truly delusional.  We are currently tied as being the 11th most penalized team in the league while you are currently tied for being the 8th least penalized.  Facts just aren't that common over here in Panther land.

On top of that, Fisher's teams play hard and physical but within the rules.  If physical football scares you maybe it's not your sport.

I don't trust any coach from the Buddy Ryan school of though. Nor do I trust most fans to take off the homer glasses and see a dirty player or coach for what they are.

Fisher may or may not have changed his ways in the last few years, but he's still Jeff Fisher. There will be cheap shots this game.

I would expect at least most to pick us.  There is absolutely no reason for us to lose.  Of course the same thing could be said about Buffalo and Arizona.  This time however, we are at home.  If it is ever going to happen for this group it is going to happen during the next three games.

    • Bryce has been in the NFL 3 years and still looks like a very mediocre QB. Most games are nothing but mediocre plays with a highlight reel every now and then.  He is a very INCONSISTENT QB and it’s very fustrating. He does not deserve a 5th year option, even though the Panthers and all the dumb asses in the front office will give it to him.
    • I’ve rarely ever been more sure of anything than losing out — but how can anyone say with a straight face “Bryce hasn’t improved, but Canales has and he’s masks his flaws”. You have to be so out of touch with reality to put one way above the other when discussing those two.
    • Last night was the classic example of a visiting team just holding on through the wave of emotion a home team has at the start of a big time game. Bama’s first two kickoff returns really set them back as far as playcalling and allowed OU to dictate field position. The emotion of the home crowd fed into what OU was doing at that point, and it felt like Bama would not be able to overcome that.     Once the kickoff returner was told to fair catch every kick, the game shifted, as Bama wasn’t starting each drive inside their own 15. It was then that Bama was able to make some plays, outscoring OU 34-7 the rest of the way.  I think the last 3/4 of the game proves Bama was the better team. OU was just able to ride the initial wave of emotion to a big lead, but Bama held on just enough.  However, had OU blocked the punt on Bama’s second drive and scored a TD (vice a FG on the ensuing drive), things likely would have been different.  Anyway, Roll Tide!
