The dirty play and commotion took away my attention on how well Cam really play. I didn't notice he only had 2 incomplete passes, both on drops. Edgy game

Forgot about that holding call on the Olsen play.  Still, great day for Cam.  Not great insofar as throwing and stats.  But he led his team to a victory.  Boom!

 

and if he had made it all about those numbers the way Drew Brees love too, some of you would be calling him selfish.

Cam had an awesome game and this isn't me taking a shot at Cam, but I'd rather him rack up a couple extra incompletions a game throwing the ball away instead of taking some of those unnecessary sacks.  Some of those are coverage sacks, but mainly I'm referring to those times where he scrambles outside the pocket and tries to make something happen but can't shake the defender.  I don't see him throw it away too often...but I think that's just the competitor in him always trying to make something happen out of nothing.

15/17 with the smith drop and the drop at the end of the 1st half.

Meh, either way Cam and the offense put up points when they needed to, and we won. It's exactly what we need to see every week.

Only complaint I have with Cam today is that he refuses to throw the ball away instead of taking a sack. I don't care if he throws the bitch into the upper deck,just get rid of it.

Cam was inches from having 3 passing td, Ginn and Smitty were both stopped on the 1 yard line.  There aren't many, if any that are better than Cam when he's playing at his best.

You guys are correct about Cam not throwing the ball away, buy for every negative play that comes from that happening I will show you another play that was a positive because he kept the play alive.

Cammy Cam did take a few too many sacks today.  Some were REALLY big losses...like, 2d and 2 to 3d and 22 losses.  Something he has to get better at.  We can acknowledge the good and the bad, no?

Yep.  He likely could've been 16/17 with 3 fuging passing TDs today.  That would've been insane efficiency.
