This is Gross: Greg Olsen

We have some quality players and there seems to be a genuine admiration for each other.  I love their senses of humor.  They all seem to interact like great friends.  I wonder why the NFL Network has not picked up on this--instead, they would rather cover Dancing with the Stars or find out how LL Cool J's fantasy team is doing.

If we finish as I think we will (10-6) and go dancing, I think Gross has to return to see if we get back to the super bowl.   He is playing well and there are OTs who play until they are 35 or so.  His statement was based on his contract and desire to not play anywhere else.

Tolbert needs to be on this ASAP

How about your adoptee?  I am not sure the players are close to the GM in a healthy organization because he needs his professional distance, but it would be great to hear Gettlemen.  However, he caused Gross to drop some coin and he traded Beason, cut Hangman, etc. so.....

Lol that would be pretty cool, a GM being on a show like this would be a first!

    • If you need someone to run your multi-billion dollar business, maaayyyybe don't hire a guy whose previous work experience includes repeated blows to the head and literal brain damage but IDK.
    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
