Tiebreaker Panthers vs. Saints

This is if our records end up identical. Unless we beat the Saints twice. Assuming we split 1-1

1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).

1-1

2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.

Here's to sweeping the Falcons, that's a MUST WIN GAME. MUST WIN

3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.

This is where it gets interesting. Saints beat the Bills, Cardinals... teams we lost to. We beat the Patriots, a team Saints lost to. Jets - MUST WIN. Why? Cause the Saints lost to the Jets. Here's hoping the Saints lost to the Seahawks, cause we lost to the Seahawks. We need the Saints to lose to Seahawks. And/or the Rams. It would be amazing to lose to both. We got it if that happens and we split 1-1

4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.

This right here if it comes down to this is the KILLER. These fugers are undefeated vs NFC so far. If they lose tonight and we SPLIT with them, that would be only 2 losses against the NFC unless they lose to the Rams which would make 3 NFC losses(Panthers, Hawks, Rams) to our 3 losses(Saints, Hawks, Cards)... but if they do see 3 ^^^^

So realistically speaking here... its looking like we have to defeat them twice. And that sucks cause UNLIKE the NBA, the NFL don't reward the team with the best record HFA. There's nothing wrong with a wildcard. Its extremely possible to bulldozer to the SB it happens a lot. Just like... it's also possible to defeat them twice

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
