You do realize that's a joke, that's from an accident that got a decent amount of local attention because it was a high speed chase right next to a school during Mardi Gras and a civilian was injured when police lost control and spun out violently. If you loo next to ties you can see where the rims scraped into grass and cement before ripping off. Of course there are drugs in New Orleans like every other city. But Charlotte definitely beat us with that top5 ranking in black tar heroin! Cool picture bro!

Cover Story: Charlotte #5 in black tar heroin

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - New information about that string of stick ups at local tanning salons and cell phone stores. The suspects may have done it for the drug money.

Police say Kristie Welch is the common denominator in a whole slew of robberies. Police say she was in cahoots with Charlsy Honeycutt and Bryan Gale.

Welch has a seriously deep rap sheet. And a lot of her arrests are drug related - heroin possession. It's a highly addictive drug of choice for a lot of desperate criminals.

In fact, Charlotte's got a serious heroin problem. Dealers are slinging black tar in our streets. Police say kids are tying off behind the mall.

The junk is not particularly expensive, dangerously addictive and sometimes deadly.

People are dying. And today police are talking about it. It's been a problem for awhile but it's now getting front-and-center attention among our elected leaders.

Charlotte is one of the five worst cities in the nation for black tar heroin, which surprises many people. Also surprising is where the drug is taking hold.

It was a bombshell dropped Monday night.

Despite the fact that in 2012 New Orleans saw a slight decrease in the murder rate from 2011, it still ranks third on the list of America’s deadliest cities. There were 193 murders in 2012, or53.5 murders for every 100,000 citizens. Over the years, New Orleans has continued to struggle with the use of illegal guns that has been typically associated with the pervasive problem of drug and gang crime in the city. Police Superintendent Ronal Serpas says that over 50% of those arrested for murder in 2012 “have already been arrested for illegally carrying or using a firearm.”

I'll still have a full-time job, be a 3-time published short-story author, and in the middle of the best season I've seen my team have in 5 years.  I have nothing to do with it when they win and nothing to do with it when they lose.  Life will go on.  Your team, however, will still have no class or backbone.

I never bragged about my mango tree, I had a question about if and posted a pic on facebook so I could have a web address of pic so I could post in on garden forums to show what I was asking about, since I really didn't use facebook and had few pics Philly posted that and used it in his fake match,com profile since he had very little real info to go on. So go ask Phil what the big deal was about my tree, he posted in and wrote about it, I only mentioned it as one of the pics he strangely posted,

Just for the record, I really do have a mango tree, and they're a pain in the ass. The roots grow close to the surface, so they tend to break nearby concrete or walls or whatever. When they start dropping mangoes, it is a mess for a month or so. A big tree produces a lot of mangoes, and while one every now and then is okay, it's not my fruit of choice. So you either have to constantly clean up, or they draw flies like crazy.

I'd pay somebody to get rid of the damn thing, but it's illegal to cut them down where I am.

SCP . . . brilliant!  I mean, brilliant!  Really, until I read your post, I don't think that I truly understood what a bunch a backwards ass country schmucks were still in Charlotte.  You proved it to me, thanks!  In reviewing your post (which I did many times because i truly wanted to appreciate your poetic terms), you mention poo, poop, or some variation no less than 5 times and talk about comparing the difference of "poop paper".  Clearly, you are fascinated with poo - and if you are just say it - there is no shame in traveling the hershey highway, just admit it!  I knew you country people were a bunch of inbred rednecks but really,  I just had no idea how bad it was!   

 

Your statement of depositing 8,000 pounds of corn filled human feces into the New Orleans public water system was great! I was not aware that raw sewerage traveled down the Mississippi River - but then again you did talk about all the traveling you do!!!!
