Thoughts and Speculations

Its just one game people, for all you band wagoners dont pack up the gear just yet or youll be pulling it out again in the playoffs.

Honestly, we needed this. The winning streak has covered up flaws we have on the team that need to be addressed and they will be. We will come back better, stronger and with a new wizard.

I think a lot of our fans thought we were invincible, rightly so considering we came into this game with an eight game winning streak.. realistically I gave the Panthers a 35% chance to win. Sadly the game turned out like I thought it would.. This game was a very odd game. Something was off about that game and I can't put my finger on it. I felt like our offensive and defensive play calling was different. The play calling, the scheming, everything was different. It looked like we didn't even game plan for the Saints. I can't believe I'm saying this but, I feel like the team let Cam down. That defense didn't look right.. that isn't how we play defense. We looked so out of sync. I'm really not that disappointed. I just wish fought a little harder.. I have no doubt in my mind we win our last three and finish 12-4 It doesn't show on the stat sheet but, Hardy played his heart out.

I'll be the first to say the Saints beat us fair and square, I just feel like we beat ourselves too.

That's not how we play Football, so fuging out of sync..

35%? What are your metrics and what are they based on?

To put it simply, I would've put my money on the Saints.

Based on the fact that the Saints have some kind of supernatural powers in the Superdome... Some teams can beat the Saints by 30 and lose by 30 in the Superdome. The Saints somehow take home field advantage to an extreme.
