If we can get our offense together, our ranking as number 1 would be pretty much rock solid, even in Bleacher Report.

Rewind your mind back to a few moths ago.  We were 1-3 and bandwagon fans were leaving in droves like rats jumping from a sinking ship.  Even the diehards questioned the future of this team.

 

Fast forward to today.  A much maligned media outlet, and probably a few more to come, have us at numero uno.  They all have us close to the top, yet we still have so much room to grow.   

 

Who knew this storm of a team was brewing?  The vast majority had given up hope.  I ask you again, who knew?  I'll tell you who.  Fifty-six men on the field and their coaches.  They believed, and so should you.

 

You know the two words that come next, but I don't feel worthy of uttering them because I too had doubted this team, so I'll just say Merry Christmas instead.

 

 

Over reacting seems quite normal for Panther fans. Some are always ready to bench Cam at the least mistake regardless of who makes it. The Coaches are all walking the plank but not pushed into the water if the team wins.

 

U agree so much with your second statement. A true fan believes their team can and will win even when they are not playing their best.

Wow, did not see that coming.  I still think Seattle is #1 and should be considered the favorites with their having the games at home.  I am fine with us being anywhere 2-4 along with SF and Denver.  I think you can put those three in any order.

 

Even so, it sure as hell does feel good to see.

 

Seattle's having trouble clinching right now.  And we've done better than they have against the same opponents.

 

I'd put Denver at #1, though.
