god these thread are getting real annoying. vick hasn't played in two years, he has probably lost a step anyways. we dont need vick, our running game is potent enough. and just like the 4-6 defense, the wildcat offense will get figured out.....so there is no need for vick at all! delhomme>>>>>vick

Delhomme only played in 3 games in 2007. Im not saying we should bring him in as the starter anyway. We should give Delhomme enough time to throw a few TD passes to Asante Samuel and Chris Houston or anyone else without a Panther on their helmet.

since you seem to be a little on the down syndrome side. ill let you know i was being sarcastic, about you being clever. if you really are a panthers fan (which i doubt) you wouldn't be here making lame delhomme comments. and no real panthers fan would ever open they're arms to vick.

Im a Panthers fan and I've been one since we had that many win in a season. Although more than a Panthers fan, Im a football fan. Vick is a better football player than Delhomme and gives the Team a better chance to win. Football is a team game not a loyalty contest.
for one its not a loyalty contest, delhomme gives us our best chance to win!:dita::dita::dita::dita::dita::dita::dita:

      Just going off the draft sims and he's always sitting around 20 lol. First year in a while where we haven't been thinking about the draft already in late October so haven't really looked into the top 15-20 picks yet. Also the qb class is super weak so he probably will sneak up into 10-15

      I fully expect them to pick up his 5th year , and they're waiting for him to put a full excellent consistent season of QB play in year 4 or 5. If that don't happen,  they'll eventually cut ties.  Here's to hoping he just goes on a team in 2026. The worst thing he could do is continue to see-saw us to around .500 records because it might be impossible to replace him at that point unless youre willing to do the veteran qb carousel poo we did from 2019 to 2023.

      What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
