Interview with Ron Rivera on NFL AM

I want that too.. trust me..but its only year 2 for Gettleman. And he is the one in charge of all of that. He said it's all about sustained success, so he can't afford to look for instant gratification.

Just think this year is a real prime time to address this receiver corps for years to come that's all my point is.

'Rivera implied were gona resign him' whereas I and most fans probably thought he was gone for! Signing him tagging him whatever you do eats up most if not all the cap space we have available which isn't $28 million like some think it is! I'm opposed to that idea sorry it doesn't fall into line with what you think.

Why did you say this to me? All I was doing was correcting Jarhead's grammar. I have no idea who you are arguing with this comment, but it ain't me.

Well.... I don't think anyone of really wants to see the Kraken in another jersey. Let's just hope our other fears are put to ease and we don't over spend.

Real question would you rather have Nicks or Hardy?

hardy never liked nicks.

Huddle when we extend two running backs for top money to share one starting position: "this is great I mean we gotta lock up our double trouble"

Huddle when we keep both defensive ends that were amazingly productive the past two years: "are you kidding me who has the money to pay these guys DE isn't that important anyway"

Bringing back Hardy simply to keep him away from the possibility of ATL/TB could be worth extra money alone. As previously said, the last thing I want to see is Hardy lining up against Byron Bell.

funny... but true... I just sharted. Lol

Unless you work in the front office, you can't honestly say what is true and/or false. For all we know, more restructures have transpired.

You're right.. I cant say for sure..thats why i said I "think".. but it seems very unlikely that he or his agent would agree to a deal without hearing whats out there.

His agent secretly knows what Hardy is worth, Hardy knows he's worth a crapload of money. He wants to stay in Charlotte, If the numbers are close to what they think he's worth, I can't see any reason why he wouldn't take it.

Yes.. but the market also plays a part in what he's worth.. so you can't take that out of the equation.  He may like what he has heard.. but i really doubt he has agreed to anything.. I actually think we probably are still waiting to make an offer.

The only way i think he would have accepted an offer already is if we came out of the gates swinging like we did with CJ, which doesn't seem like Gettleman's style at all.
