Hopefully he will fight for the classification of a WR tag instead of being recognized as a TE like Jared Cook Jr. planned to do last year with the Titans.

The NFL decides a player's position when a greivance is filed. They base their decision on where the player lined up for the most snaps. Graham is a WR in the eyes of the NFL.

Could he and his agent put clauses on his contract to minimize him lining up at WR, though? Not sure how that works. Flacco threw a fit last year cause they lined him up at WR a couple times in the wildcat.

By definition arbitrators are people outside if the sport with little knowledge and only look at the facts. They do it in baseball all the time. I think he'll win. Facts are too strong

I think with the way arbitration is set up, he will get WR $$.  This alone will place them $2 million over the cap.
