Been playing a lot over the past 4-5 days and the loot 2.0 patch is so much better.  Have high hopes for this expansion.

Pre-ordered and eagerly awaiting getting home tomorrow night from work. Loot has been a hell of a lot better since the patch. Novel concept getting loot that actually suits the character you're playing with (go figure)....

Played a little diablo 3 with a friend on PS3. I used to play a lot of LoL so im used to being able to dodge stuff. The evade button was really annoying to me. I would very obviously dodge projectiles like spears/arrows etc. and theyd still be chunking me somehow. I havent played diablo 2 either so i dunno if that's always been a thing. That mechanic just turned me off about the game.

That is definitely a console issue not PC. There isn't an evade button. I wish I could use controller on PC sometimes though.

it would have to be a $10 expansion for me to buy it seeing as diablo 3 was terrible.

So far the expansion is pretty great.  The adventure mode is good times and the random maps/mobs on each rift is fun.  The enchanting is great, rerolling items adds a whole other aspect to the game and it's awesome.  Find a legendary with almost what you want?  No prob.  In fact I've added sockets to a couple 1h's already for that almighty crit damage gem.   Transmog is cool, making all your items look like other items is a nice customization.  The loot feels good, and with smart loot you usually always get something your class can use (str for Barbs, etc).   So yeah, so far, it is great.  I've put in thousands of hours on D3 so I'm not blowing smoke here.
