  1. Past hour
  2. may I interest in you in his last affair vs our divisional champion, the super bowl runner up or the super bowl winning team?
  3. Yea no one cares about 1 off games from a year ago
  4. Bryce's receivers that day: Thielen, Chark, Smith Marsette, Tremble, Sullivan
  5. His best game to date. Unfortunately he then followed it up with a horrendous drubbing that resulted in a blowout shutout by the Jaguars who were starting CJ Beathard at QB. Thus is the conundrum that is Bryce Young.
  6. That was not directed at you to be clear it was speaking generally to the tone revolving around the topic as I've encountered rather fierce pushback regarding even vague criticism of Morgan and people digging in when forming a defense of him and just a few weeks ago who have since gone completely quiet after we got top to bottom dismantled by the Bills in a brutal loss that was fueled significantly by Andy Dalton's horrific performance. Realistically putting aside the emotional attachment to Morgan as a former player it is completely illogical to give Dave Canales all the smoke but then shield the guy who was here throughout the bulk of Scott Fitterer's time as GM. He should be getting just as much of a hard look as our head coach is because they supposedly made decisions together and Dan Morgan himself fully signed off on Canales anyways. If one goes they both should.

  8. If anything, you use Chuba to get more for Rico - if you want to deal him. You say you can have Chuba but not Rico. Until they make that offer you want. If they don’t they don’t. Nothing lost.
  9. You are too harsh. Owners tell GMs what to do all the time. It doesn’t make someone “unfit”. A man unfit for that job could not have had that 2025 draft. And I am not trying to be belligerent I certainly don’t feel belligerent, just trying to use some common sense. Tepper is the last guy that wants to give up on Young. The coach had WRs throwing fits on field and sidelines in view of everyone. He had to do it, but needed permission. I just can’t buy Tepper instigating that. Sorry.
  10. Today
  11. You guys are just going to have to accept the fact that Dan Morgan is a mid GM best case scenario currently. I used to have people get very belligerent over defending Scott Fitterer too. And that's not hyperbole. People used to go to bat for that guy like he was blood related. We have a truckload invested in the OL and what do we have to show for it? The whole unit is already banged up including one of our big signings. Even without all that the group has largely taken a step back from last year in pass protection. Then you get to the QB room and there's only two conclusions you can make about Dan Morgan. Either he deliberately ignored it two years in a row on his own accord or he took orders from Tepper to do so. Either scenario says he's not fit to be an NFL GM.
  12. Frank, ceding control of the defense in no way verifies that Tepper told Canales to bench Young. It certainly buttresses the idea that Canales would need permission to bench him but that is as far as you can take it. After that it is pure speculation and it doesn’t make sense.
  13. Uhh, okay yes that happened. I didn’t like the pick either I am a 3rd or later RB guy. Always. Actually hated the CMC pick too. Hated the Stewart pick. No one wants to talk about trading the #39 in that draft and what he did with that. Got #52, #155, and the Rams 2025 2nd to boot. The 52 and 155 plus our 142 5th rounder to go up for a Brooks Everyone wants to forget about the 2025 2nd for that Rams trade which was used to move up for Scourton. That Rams trade down was a great deal for us.
  14. As far as the injuries to the OL go it's unfortunate but this is still the highest paid unit in the entire league. Get out there and make it work.
  15. Agreed, I had a clear PI on the play
  16. You need look no further than Ejiro Evero to know that ultimately Dave Canales takes his orders and does what he is told. He agreed to the terms of the Tepper's calling the shots but he held out for a long term contract in the event they tried to make him fall on his sword like Frank Reich did. That's the situation. It's plain as day.
  17. Ravens just traded Jaire Alexander to the Eagles with a pick swap.
  18. Whatever…dub bro! And honestly they didn’t, defender never looked for the ball, receiver was making a play on the ball, DPI all day
  19. Health.... missing half the d corp and two of our best checking forwards....
  20. Sure would have been nice to when Zach Frazier was just sitting around.
  21. "He covets draft picks" *trades up into the second round for a running back with a torn ACL*
