The hit on Harrell I could see because the player launched into him after he had fumbled the ball and really knocked his azz out. The one before to me, was iffy. If they only had lifted their helmets level and not lowered them, neither one would have been called. Its about fundamentals.

I think the college targeting rule (or really the punishment) is the worst in all of sports. I’d didn’t see these hits but ejection for simply any hit that meets the definition of targeting is just too harsh for me.

App St game just got really sloppy. Charlotte just committed 3 turnovers in their last 4 possessions, and App St has had 2 def players ejected from targeting the last 2 defensive drives.

Lots of promising signs from the back half of Bryce's year, and plenty of reasons for excitement... But confidence that he's already arrived seems massively overblown. We've all seen players go on tears for a handful of games. Bryce's tear was good relative to his peers at the time but it was only as notable as we made it because of how putrid he'd been prior to it. It isn't being a negative nancy to point out offensive limitations we had even during that stretch nor to express this is likely his last chance with the Panthers to prove himself (barring injury) Either way, I'm rooting for him.

The top 5 FA safeties going into this offseason was pretty well agreed upon with a consensus. Yeah, it's misleading just using the cap hit THIS year based on how NFL contracts work in terms of moving cap hits around for convenience. Dak Prescott is the highest paid player in the NFL this year. Is that indicative of anything other than Jerry Jones being an idiot? Taylor Moton is the highest paid OT this year.
