Lol Bryce wasn’t ready and he still isn’t. His footwork is atrocious. If we go Sellers I would expect this organization to bring in a viable veteran or let Bryce ride out his 4th season without the 5th year option. Either way it’s time. I do not want to derail the thread entirely. I completely agree with the OP, and the posts in this thread. I am hopeful we can get our generational leader in the 2nd round since linebacker value has decreased. Three intelligent dawgs in Arvell Reese, Perkins and Weeks.

We won, but Bryce and Canalas still blow

Personally I welcome the return of the dead ball era. But yeah, we're still a horrifically flawed team that took advantage of the Falcons taking a poo on the field in basically every way imaginable. I'm enjoying it but keeping things in context. -
Syracuse fined for faking injuries vs Clemson to muck up the Clemson O. Guess Cade was right on that. First I have seen a team fined for that

That's called purgatory. The problem is even in games where he is turning the ball over and largely terrible eventually it opens the door for garbage time stats that skew the conversation and simply serve as a tool for some to argue in favor of prolonging the inevitable. For a third year QB the only numbers that should hold weight are what he does in crunch time and when the game matters. Even in the recent dominating win there's just no meat on the bone there. Nothing that stands out. -
True, but he frankly has been open enough he should be league in the CPOY race with good balls thrown to him. Renfrow has been open and Renfrow doesn’t have a hands issue. now does Bryce frankly need the Gettlemen WR logic to be applied and need big targets? I’d say so. I also think Canales doesn’t really know how to use Renfrow and just plugs him into AT role (and they aren’t the same type slot WR)

I'm just quoting to acknowledge your R.B.I. Baseball avatar.

I think the Tetaroa guy is pretty good.

No. That is the definition of mediocrity. It looks great next to 2-15, I will concede that. He has to do better. He to be the reason, not the weak link. -
At the end of the day Renfrow was available for a reason. But ball placement matters and it has to get better. Renfrow hasn't been the only one affected by it either.

Can you still smell the paper plant

2 to 3 years max to get those wins

locker combination.
-
We could go 1-16 or 2-15, 3-14, 4-13, 4-12-1 really the combinations are endless
-
Good. We need attitude.
-
You putting Renfrow in with XL? Renfrow has been doing his job. The connection issues are largely on the QB and playcaller. I do think we need slot diversity and Bryce really needs more of a TE than slot WR in the slot. Which was AT.

Yeah, beat pats, dolphuns, cowboys, jets, saints, falcons, saints, split bucs. Bryce comeback player of the year not really but in some of our eyes. Smitty goes over 300...lbs Tmac roy Chuba probwl Legette becomes the new David Gettis. Tell me am are rong
-
If it motivates them and they play well and back it up then more power to them. It's a two way street though.
-
I don’t like cocky players on other teams but I love them on mine.
-
This was entertaining af lol. The Good thing is he’ll be making a bunch more crash out videos before the season ends.
-
I haven't seen much indication of a connection yet. He isn't lacking for targets. as he is the 2nd most targeted receiver on the team so far. He does have the 3rd highest QB Rating on targets, though. Behind only Chuba and Evans.
