Maybe. Just reacting quickly on 1st thought, I feel like why would Dan and Dave get their high scores if they were the bad guys iin a curfew scenario. It would be nice to know. That is a convoluted mess. Cut to the end of all that and it comes down to we were picking 9th and wanted to pick 1st because we thought Bryce Young was worthy of that. I am not saying there weren’t fugups before with Burns and CMC and not taking a 1st for Moore and wherever else. Obviously there were some WTF happenings. And some were monumental in their own right. But when the dust settled we were sitting there at 9 with what we came out of all that with and then we did what we did.

The win thing, it is much more than him. They won in spite of him at times. Carried his ass. Over and out at 8-10, and that was 2025. He was 8-9 Dalton lost one, It is so subjective. He played well at times yes but let’s don’t pretend that is really winning. Still under .500. It felt good because we won more than we have in a few sorry years.

I really prefer EDGE in FA than draft, but this man here is going to light up Sunday's for some team. Whoooo.

We were excited about Styles I think, in the moment. Already hyped from his interview following his meeting with Morgan, and he flat tears it up at the combine. Without going back to look, I think that was it. And us wanting a LB. He started looking pretty good to me and we have no shot at him. That’s the context.

A flukey hot streak finish by Atlanta, which was a hell of a job, is why we lost our way into the playoffs. I like to really earn it. It feels like you deserve it. And picking lower is worth it. The way we went in feels like they threw a bridal bouquet in the air and the girl they threw it to dropped it. Our clumsy ass had fallen to the floor lunging for it, it was dropped right into our hands. Elohel It does say a lot about the guys on the team that we showed up for that WC game. I guess that is our prize.

Coming off a playoff season . Him and the team is literally trending up what more can you ask for from a fairly young team and core . I understand he’s a number one pick, so he should look somewhat generational but he’s not . But if he wins idc about the stats

All i ask of him right now is win, and get us to the playoffs . But playoffs is standard now for him and this team . If we regress yes move on . But if he have another season like he had this year and we make the playoffs sign him . Idc if it’s ugly i like winners .

That’s not a bad idea. Does it even need to be a 5th if A is going? He is a good player. I don’t think he is getting run off because of his play, he can help somebody. Dan and Schoen are buddies. Hmmm If this happens or not, aside from this speculation, Dan has not has many leaks out of there. You never know what might be brewing. Which is kind of fun.

Well Bryce is getting his chance to be a marginally better passer. Nobody is coming to replace him. Though, I believe we need better than marginally. What he is so far, is on the film and in the books. And it isn’t good enough. I wonder if he thinks it is. My problem is we are still trying to extrapolate his arc and at this point it has a low angle trajectory. Gradually improving. Not rapidly improving. Multiple crappy teams have taken QBs and had them blossom. In less time. They are all around us. I don’t know what you call what Bryce has done in that context. I understand there are slow learners and late bloomers and they can turn it on, that’s fine if that’s him. But this has to be the year he makes his leap or we need to start with the contingencies.

I still have nightmares about Vernon Davis. They beat us in OT his last year of college in probably his best college game. It felt like watching Julio Jones in "that game". Like how in the fug is this big ass TE just streaking down the field wide ass open as if he's faster than all of our DBs??? Then came the Combine and it was like, oh... because he was indeed faster than all our DBs. LOL

Him having a great combine hopefully means a team above us is intrigued enough.

Trade up for Bryce would have been fine if we decided to go for a QB. Trade Burns to Rams. Trade Moore to GB for the 1st they offered. Trade away anyone else with a pulse and we have plenty of trade ammo and we also likely don’t finish with 7 wins and thus don’t have to trade up or just a small jump. The problem was that we tried to do both and had no real concept and so we got poo for CMC, Moore and Burns and also had to jump all the way from 9. Comedy of errors. Fitterer literally did everything wrong.
