NFL admits the TMac catch should not have been overturned
Bama Panther replied to PanthersATL's topic in Carolina Panthers
Also, watch though the whole process and you will see T-Mac’s middle finger stay firmly planted on the NFL shield on the ball (and his fingers stay planted where they are). If he lost control, the fingers would have moved. -
NFL admits the TMac catch should not have been overturned
Bama Panther replied to PanthersATL's topic in Carolina Panthers
Under the old rule, this picture would show an incomplete pass, as the ball touching the ground, regardless of control, was enough to make a pass incomplete. Under the current rule, the ball can touch the ground, so long as the receiver maintains control of the ball. The rule even states that movement of the ball does not mean control was lost. This all goes to the question I posed in my original post: can control be established and maintained with one hand during a reception? If it can, this should be a catch, as the ball never moves in T-Mac’s right hand when it touches the grab. Yes, his left hand came off, but the right did not and never lost control. -
The Canes defense is so MUCH better with Slavin.

SH goal, here we come!!
-
Nope
-
Another power kill opportunity lets get it
-
i think he is running what bryce is most comfortable with, hence the roll outs. i dont think you can call that many deep shots with Bryce. he throws a moonball, not a rope . his deep ball allows dbs to catch up if they are not wide open. they are also to the outside, not posts or deep digs.

Preds color guy just said Martinook isn't on the bench...? Have Tripp or Big Rig mentioned anything?
-
Same and it will be on NHL sized rinks this year so it should ratchet up the intensity (conflicting because it makes me want OUR guys there even less)
-
Aho ended it the wrong way... smdh
-
Hell yeah, Aho! Let's get this SH goal!
-
i can see the wr dont know the routes they are supposed to run. tmac and the te both ran routes at he same depth
-
Is it the power ball power play because it has about the same odds of winning?
-
Not sure you can blame Bryce game 2 vs the saints. D couldn't get off the field and the play calling was atrocious. One of the few times I think Bryce gets a "I'm bad, but the loss isn't my fault" card
-
Won't argue against you there. The positive is that the extension isn't a killer and I don't think he hits his absolute bottom until the extension ends. As banged up as his knee is, he is still one of our healthier olinemen right now...
-
Ya know, sometimes it really is a pleasure getting to listen to the opposing announcers call the game.
-
This dude definitely owns at least 2 katanas...
-
Yeah, he looked like he was planning on leaving early if it keeps going this way.
-
Kucci looking confident and locked in. Chatty's beard looking glorious while leading the team's facial hair in ice time. Blakers with 4 shots on goal, dude's hair is on fire but I don't want to put it out! Nashville really should've blown this team up years ago. But, the FO is perpetually convinced they are just one player away. I feel sorry for their fan.
-
I will be one happy Carolina Panthers fan if and when the team moves on from Bryce Young and starts trying to find his replacement.
-
that was horrible couldnt make. it past the first play he analyzed seemed hot route was open corner open and horn completed pass was open 3 recievers open on a play in the nfl is pretty impressive snd young just needed to step up and deliver but his physical attributes require him to need more perfect passing lanes to deliver a semi deep pass compared to other more physically gifted qbs

What is more exciting to watch, Kochetkov or his stick?
