  1. Past hour
  2. My guess is that it cost us in early games, especially with Coker and Sanders out. But if the QB does get in sync with the younger/new guys, that it could work out well in the end.
  3. I don't really listen/watch this guy much but I can appreciate the props he gives Tet.
  4. Gotta admit that's a good one.
  5. I am in agreement all the way with that. Combined with the NFL’s greed with the schedule - cutting the preseason - the quality of play over the first two to three weeks of the season has really fallen off. I wasn’t too worried because for one, everyone has to deal with it, and for other we aren’t competing for real yet so use the preseason to evaluate your depth and make the best roster decisions. The fans get lesser quality football, but the fans seem to always come last with the NFL.
  6. It’s the French that are getting knifed. Keep your head on a swivel.
  7. Corbett at OG I am 100% fine with. Corbett at Center was a fuging disaster.
  8. I think it is because of the crap we have endured that players don't get the benefit of the doubt. Too frequently that has failed us in the past decade. I haven't seen much in the way of progress yet. He is starting to regain some of the form he had in the last few games of 2024 after being quite bad early in 2025. It's not all his fault, to be sure. But it's too often his fault is the ultimate problem. Hopefully he just eventually gets to be even remotely consistent over the course of 2025. As a former Bryce stan, I just don't have much faith left, unfortunately.
  9. His first season. I saw it with my own eyes, others saw it too. Old man Dalton had to come in to make the throw. I watch every game. You must of just missed it. He had another chance a couple of weeks ago from the 50 and didn't even attempt to throw it to the endzone....cause he cant.
  10. I would say if they put Corbett back at center, that would be evidence of some kind of favoritism thing going on. I would have to ask if our coaches are leaders of men. So they bet not do some stupid stuff like that. It would be one thing if Corbett had pedigree at the position, a probowler. This dude has never been a good center in the slightest, and only looked decent at the guard position in the past. (Which I don't believe he ever had a fully healthy season as a Panther) So this shouldn't even be a discussion if you're the coaches. But again, Corbett never should have been the starter in the first place. I know we're armchair coaching when it comes to these things, but before the season, I was rooting for Mays to win the position. The guy played a key role in Bryce's surgence last year. Why mess up that combination? And they did mess up the combination by making Corbett the starter. It could be we might of won against the Jags had Mays been the starter. (Yes, I believe it was that critical) We know Mays went in late against the Cards, where Bryce began looking better at the end. (Though the Cards played soft coverage) So all these things says Cade Mays is the better center for the team. Yet certainly he is the better center for Bryce if nothing else.
  11. He was our best YAC guy in 2023 and 4th in 2024(behind Hubbard, Sanders, Coker). He was a great and productive WR for us because he knows how to play the game, he had a connection with Bryce specifically and our other options have largely been atrocious.
  12. You gotta just keep rolling with what's been working. Hunt and Moton obviously get their spots back when healthy but Corbett? Nah dawg
  13. Today
  14. This clown wears a backwards hat at 35 years old
  15. New England and Jacksonville thrashed us in all aspects of the game, no doubt about that. Regarding the Atlanta game, Atlanta got the vast majority of their rushing yardage in the second half, when we didn't care to much about the run. As an example, Nathan Carter on the Falcons last drive when it was 30-0, had runs of 3 yards, 4, 9, 9, 10, and 9. Throw in two carries by Bijan when we were up by 20 or more in the second half, and that is almost half their total run yards that were mostly meaningless. In the first half, we limited the Falcons 3 yards or less on all but two carries. They went to the passing game because we forced them to rely on the passing game. Against the Cardinals, we shut their run game down, most of their yards were Kyler Murray scrambles. Might have been some designed runs, I can't remember. But their running backs did almost nothing. Even with the scrambles thrown in, we still held them to less than 3.8 a carry.
  16. Yep. At the end of the day, good riddance to the Thielens. I'm just tired of everyone acting like they are great people or something
  17. The CBA changes to offseason rules regarding live contact, practice time limits, etc. over the last decade cannot be overstated on its impact for younger players in particular. The players union is heavily weighted towards the interests of veteran players, who are concerned with staying healthy and on the field, compared to rookies and bubble players who need more development time and live-fire experience, but that has been bargained out over the years. Not saying that absolves Canales of this team's clear tendency to show up unprepared for the start of seasons but it does mean the entire coaching staff gets less to work with to mitigate it (which should have meant adjusting by more reps in the preseason for the starters at least.)
  18. Truth is I have found the French to be much friendlier than Americans in big cities. They love children and randomly have offered directions and when having to take grandchildren on and off trains or having to climb stairs random people both male and female have come up offering to help carry the stroller up the stairs without being asked. Didn't happen at JFK on the way over. Frankly I feel much safer here than in most US cities. So you be safe.
  19. Who would be a company man when the millions/pounds are flowing to your account?? Just common sense.
  20. I see people with a million plays saying they get next to nothing off of them. The internet has in one way destroyed the gate keeping of the record industry and has allowed so many people to reach audiences, but we sort of needed that gatekeeping too. I want to say it is like college sports, the money makers subsidized a ton a great jazz artists and other fringe genres. Most musicians now are relegated to playing for their supper so to speak. Which, historically that is what it always was. I mean, you had patrons, you had the church and with paper and ink you had the start of publishing. Audio recording technology spawned a bubble in time where they could get obscenely wealthy off publishing royalties and to a degree, album sales. It is going back to the old way it seems. But now, there are fewer and fewer musicians who can play an instrument and get a track down live in one take. It’s all synthetic. Boo.
  21. If you look at what Thielen said about the currently benched Warrior in a Garden up in Minnesota, pretty clear he’s just a company guy with a mic in his face.
  22. There were reports during TC, the Panthers were limiting AT reps. Two ways to view- give the young guys growth OR AT has lost another step or two and looking more like a role player at 35 years old. His wife was dead set on the move. So then was AT and the kids Im sure too. Tmac took all the targets/snaps/reps and so far it looks like the right move. Panthers had 9-10 WRs to fit on 6-7 roster space. Panthers got good draft value from a guy that needed to retire at last seasons end. Dan/Brad have won 3 trades now....props
