  1. Past hour
  2. Stroud makes alot of there players better. Look at there wr stats before and after stroud. That draft pic alone changed their entire team crazy to look at the before and after stroud texans.
  3. The front office cant have some young guy with a live arm come in here and make Young look bad I guess.
  4. I want to laugh and hope it’s a joke but somehow I believe this to be true.
  5. Eh. Ultimately they got abused badly when they faced a more stout contender in the Ravens last year. I watched that one and while they have made improvements to that roster it's still a work in progress. And ultimately they are an injury or two away from tough predicaments like any other team. And they have dealt with that along the way. And let's consider that for a moment. For so long now we've used injuries or lack of depth as an excuse for bad football. But there are other teams out there that while they might stumble a bit they don't utimately fall down a flight of stairs to the cellar because of it. Our Panthers however? Well you know.
  6. I don’t think anyone thinks Perkins can play with the first unit and succeed. Everyone pointing out the fact he looks better than Plummer with only two practices. I was really pulling for Plummer to figure it out and take Dalton’s spot at QB2. Oh well, there was a reason they brought in Perkins.
  7. Well you would think the people in the front office and on staff would consider that and a light bulb would go off. But. They were hired by the Tepper's after all.
  8. They also have a roster stacked with tremendously more talent than ours.
  9. Panthers continually seem to fumble this position. At this point just give a young promising kicker the keys and roll the dice.
  10. We have always treated the QB room like this. I mean literally forever.
  11. Best case scenario this season is Bryce either looks like a top 12 QB or he is awful again. For me. Either way. They need to draft a developmental QB next year even if Bryce emerges. We can't keep treating the QB room like this.
  12. It's not that wild. Only one kicker in each conference makes it.
  13. For whatever one may feel about this situation it is interesting viewing other teams around the league like the Texans who already have two playoff wins the last two years operating much differently. The oldest WR on their roster is 29 and they just traded away a 24 year old WR for a player and a pick. We don't have to like it but from a neutral perspective it is worth pondering if the Panthers are continuing to move like a losing franchise.
  14. We don't need a 3rd QB, TBH. Bryce is either gonna be bad or fine and Dalton is a top tier #2(will win you a couple perhaps). If we aren't shooting for the moon on a mid-to late round draft pick, the PS QB is fuging very irrelevant.
  15. Today
  16. He's marginally better than Plummer but that's a subterranean low bar. I think most people know Perkins is a jag at best. But it's through no fault of ours we find ourselves in this situation. The responsibility rests with Dan Morgan.
  17. You guys are fuging losing your minds with this PS QB love. Perkins will never be able to run this offense as effectively as Bryce nor Dalton. He is a Jack Plummer level player. Jake Delhomme really broke people's brains in thia fanbase.
  18. Yeah, caught that, raised an eyebrow... I know there's been a lot of speculation that we're going to try to acquire another starting safety before week one. Don't know how seriously to take that.
  19. We are going to be bad this season, I don't think we are excaping that. With that in mind, priority #1 is figuring out if Bryce is "The Guy." Priority #2 probably doing the same with Ikey. So, dumping the most proven WR we have isn't gonna help #1, without any question. It's possible this young WR corps pans out and pushes AT down the chart but if so, the total loss was a mid to late round 4th. Oh well.
  20. Yeah, likewise. Before I gave an answer to that, I'd take a moment to look up what words, phrases or gestures people in Minnesota find most offensive so I could be as insulting as possible.
  21. When you look around the league and see backup QBs all over the place with actual NFL talent (not saying they'd be serviceable starters, just saying they check the boxes in terms of physical tools and pass the eye test in glorified practice games), then you look at our QB room in comparison... oh wee mayne.
  22. Also, off topic but apparently we're having earthquakes in South Carolina
  23. The thing that some have implied here, one that I did not think about during my initial reaction, is that Bryce is entering his "make or break" season. He has the OL, the running game, and the WRs. No excuses, unless you give him some.
  24. I try not to because I find him incredibly annoying but he is plugged in to good sources so I scan his site to stay current.
  25. Yeah, sorry dude but you're a bit late on that story.
