There are things we know and things we don't know. Right now our starting QB is undoubtedly making things significantly easier for opposing coaches and defenses to gameplan for. That cannot be downplayed. We need to evaluate this staff and roster with a QB who can complete consistent passes downfield and then go from there and see what further moving parts need to be replaced in the offseason.

There is enough talent to be average. Jesus Christ we have: (2) 1st-round WRs 1st round CB 1st round LT Over 200 million in other OL 1st round DE worth 90 million (2) 1000 yard rushers One of the highest paid safeties 100 million between Wharton and Brown. Plus a 2nd and 3rd spent on Edge Rushers this year. I mean come on.

I’ve been begging for them to sign a legit backup for years. preferably a QB that can run to make up for the lack of talent on offense But this roster as a whole is f*cking awful. I’d say it’s us, Saints and Patriots bottom 3 teams in terms of talent and the Patriots just whopped our ass yesterday lol But until we start stacking talent on this roster using another high draft pick on a QB to drop into this situation is going to result in similar results There isn’t a single QB in college right now that’s coming here next year and turning this circus into a competitive team

there is no way this franchise is going to saddle themselves with Young for 2 more years. Morgan, I am assuming, is way too smart for that because that is a sure fire way to get canned. Bryce has to be sent away or we will never get rid of him I fear. You sure Dante Moore at Oregon is purely a dual threat? I think you might be thinking of Taylen Green. Moore has 1200 passing yards 14 passing TDs, 1 INT, with a 75% completion rate vs 122 rushing yards 0 rushing TDs on the season. Mendoza has 6 more carries so far for example.

I don't understand why anyone even wants to see a year 3 from Canales. Especially if you know he's not gonna last like we do. Canales told yall this was a developmentally minded staff, not meaning they develop players, but that they will build this roster with players that need development (only half joking here). Clean house. Canales could never get a run game going even on the buccs, but the run game is supposed to be our identity. Let alone the players he has attached his self to. Canales has not shown me he can run a top half of the league offense. Even Daboll showed a lot of potential while having losing season. I said it before if we keep Canales it will a Bears-like move continuing to go from QB to QB not in parallel with your HC/GM. Our next !B will have two or moer playcallers by year 2 counting interim HC and etc.
