  1. Huddle amnesia. "No one here thinks he's soft." Yeah, when he was on the Tour de France last preseason there were plenty of people that thought he was soft. Hell, he posted all these vacation pics then showed up at training camp injured and people said things like, "How can he look Thomas Davis in the eye?!" Lol Personally, I think sometimes the organization says he has minor injuries when they mean, "we don't want him to risk injury preseason." I personally don't have a problem with him taking it easy until it counts as long as he stays in shape, which he seems to do.
  2. I've never understood the compulsion to make these threads.
  3. 1.) It was what, 2 years ago? Hardly "the rest of your life." 2.) lying to police in a rape investigation isn't just whacky kids' stuff and is way >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>being in possession of a stolen laptop.
  4. I don't know if it's Gettleman or these players' agents that is preventing these contracts from happening but it seems around the league, any good player is letting their contact go into the last year for leverage and waiting for other players' contracts to pump up the market value. That trend will quickly reverse when a premier player gets a career ending injury on his modest rookie contract. Let's hope it doesn't happen here.

  7. I don't see how the salaries for quarterbacks can continue to go up at this rate in the salary cap era. Flacco and Cutler did for QBs what Hurndog and CJ did for DEs.
  8. Do we really need the fuging Chip Kelly of special teams coaches? Who is it, by the way? I'll settle for not getting punts blocked twice in a row. The dude was in the NFL for over two decades. I'm sure he's at least somewhat competent.
  9. This plus all the Huddlers crying about it makes me think that Shaq will end up being the best player in NFL history.
  10. You do realize that your username is nctarheel, right?
  11. Lol your tar heels might want to consider taking ECU seriously at some point.
  12. Most of his transgressions were just dumb, kid's stuff. Those sexual assault accusations though...that's serious grown up bidness
  13. I think a player should have a decent NFL season before anyone starts using 3 letter name abbreviations.
  14. Gettleman seems to not mind it being a very dynamic atmosphere. Most people like things static and neatly categorized. eg. let's throw ridiculous money at two running backs so we don't have to address RB for several years. Done! Next item on the agenda!
  15. Hell, we've got three fifth rounders this year. We should pump in noise. Not even simulated crowd noise, but babies crying, car horns, construction site noises, gay porn audio...
  16. For real. He's going to be a training camp all star.
  17. Pie for 2 reasons. 1.) best post of the day 2) using Ballghazi
  18. I once tried to make a pecan pie with a graham cracker crust . It sounded like a perfect storm of desert that should have been invented years ago. It didn't work too well. The crust got all soggy and the edges got browned too much. It still tasted ok, though.
