  1. Nah, we should have TRADED Burns to the Rams. They offered a crazy package. If that trade offer never came through then re-signing him was the obvious choice. Botched on both levels.
  2. The upside is there, the risk is huge for all that guaranteed money though. I'm not a huge fan of this signing. They paid for a guy who has proven it on the field, not a guy they're hopeful can get to those numbers.
  3. Taylor Decker would be a no brainer slam dunk signing on a 2 year deal.
  4. The best ability is first, availability and Phillips has missed over a quarter of his possible NFL games due to injury. Burns has missed 3 total games in his career.
  5. Leave it to Dan Morgan who missed so many games in his career you'd think he'd miss a game because of a hangnail to sign a very injury prone linebacker.
  6. Where did you see that? Either way, I don't think Hendrickson is a good fit for the Panthers at this current stage.
  7. I agree with you, the parallels are there. Bryce seems a little more put together in the head space than Kyler or Tua, but physically they are all undersized and physically limited QBs. Bryce isn't a slam dunk player to extend. I really hope the Panthers don't end up making a very expensive mistake.
  8. Based on a list from 2025 that no one should even remotely care about now
  9. As much as I think Christensen is a good depth player, as a backup he gets hurt every year now. Bringing him back and relying on him to be healthy is probably not a good idea. They should go ahead and spend a 3rd or 4th round pick on a guard.
  10. I agree and like I said, no shade to Rodriguez. If the Panthers got him in the second round it would be a good pick. Rodriguez is arguably more pro ready and he’s obviously better in pass coverage. It’s a very safe pick and the Panthers defense would improve. He has a place on the Panthers defense on day 1. But Hill’s ceiling is Micah Parsons. If Hill goes to the right team and develops his game he will be a perennial All Pro game wrecker. Hill is a guy who can win games for you by himself. His open field tackling is excellent, his fast and violent, he’s exactly what the Panthers pass rush needs. For a team that lost games specifically for moments that needed a guy like Hill who could get to the QB in a critical moment, I’d much rather have him than a heady undersized LB. Honestly if they can draft them both, the defense is set up nicely if Scourton can continue to develop. If we see them sign Devin Lloyd it might even signal they’re leaning Anthony Hill.
  11. Between Anthony Hill Jr and Jacob Rodriguez, you take Anthony Hill Jr. He is going to be a stud LB. No shade to Jacob Rodriguez but if you watch the film for both it’s not even close who is going to have the better NFL career.
  12. Players make good plays and bad plays. Horn made a lot of bad plays too, some really bad ones that just about cost the team games by himself.
  13. That’s exactly why if the Rams came knocking with the 13th overall pick and a package of other lower picks for Horn you accept the trade with your nipples out saying thank you daddy. Scott Fitterer didn’t understand this kind of deal when the Rams wanted Burns.
  14. I’d make that trade. Then turn around and sign Mike Jack to the contract he deserves
  15. Eh you see someone at like 26-30 trade their late second round pick to move up to 19 and jump another rival playoff team for a player they love pretty regularly. Sometimes you can even get a future first out of those trade ups depending on how desperate they are to move up. Not crazy.
  16. For me they either stay at 19 or make a small trade down into the mid 20s and snag an extra 2nd or something. They need to get an edge, linebacker or offensive tackle and I don’t think any other positions should really be on the table unless someone super elite fell to them
  17. I can’t imagine why they’d trade up when they have so many holes on the roster. Offensive line is low key a mess going into the offseason and if Morgan screws it up, the offense is going to take a step back. They need to find young offensive line talent in this draft and a trade up would probably nix that happening
  18. Makes sense with Luke’s induction. Bet they have us play the Patriots or something as a thumb of the nose to Bill.
  19. They’ve been buying the defense and drafting the offense since 2022. Horn was the last major defensive addition through the draft.
  20. Sean McDermott is taking a year off to jump back in as a head coach probably of like the Cowboys or something.
  21. If Bryce Young can start throwing rainbows like vintage Russell Wilson did under Bevell and Canales I don’t give a sh*t who calls the plays
