  1. That ESPN prediction said the Panthers start 4-1 and then finish 5-12
  2. I’ve been on this board for 15 years and no one even knows who the f*ck you losers are. Get this trash out of my face incel
  3. Rookie QB going to have a rough day in his first start. But I think the Texans are better than people thought
  4. If we f*cking lose this game I want everyone fired. Everyone.
  5. That’s why Darnold might not work out. That right there. What a moron.
  6. That 3rd down play call on the goal line was asshole buttshit. Stop running McCaffrey in short yardage situations
  7. They shouldn’t be counted at all. It could be a separate statistic for kickers post 2015. XPs are worth 1 point. FGs are 3. And they’re weighted the same in that metric. Not fair.
  8. You’d have to dig into the numbers to prove that. I think it’s unfair to weight XPs for some kickers and not others because of a rule change. I think Gano was honestly worse closer to the goal posts than further away. I think if you take away the XPs his numbers might actually improve.
  9. Um no the opposite, he kicked 33yd XPs for most of his career.
  10. That data is flawed. They include extra points only after 2015 as “clutch kicks” but 75% of the kickers on the list weren’t kicking 33 yard XPs in their careers.
  11. Lol damn this entire f*cking board has amnesia. How many clutch kicks did Gano really miss? Oh the one against the Broncos in 2016? That’s the only actual game winning field goal I can recall him missing in his entire time with the Panthers. He made all the others he lined up for with the game on the line. Giants and Colts in 2015 he made. Patriots in 2017. Giants in 2018. I guess he wasn’t clutch though. Moving on from Gano was understandable given his injury but saying he wasn’t clutch is the dumbest trash take the Huddle has taken up this year.
  12. Off the top of my head just thinking about game winners/tying FGs, Bengals in 2014 (made a long FG at the end of regulation to send it to OT and a FG to keep it tied at the end of OT). 2015 against the Colts in OT (two FGs, one to tie and one to win in wet conditions). 2015 against the Giants to win it at the end. 2017 against the Patriots at the end to win it. The only last second game winning FG chance I remember him missing was the 2016 Broncos game. Bottom line is he was way more clutch than he wasn't. Saying he wasn't clutch is just wrong, and I guess it's just because everyone here has a bad memory or haven't been fans for very long.
  13. 3 clutch kicks? Man you have an extremely selective memory. He had way more than 3. You can say maybe he wouldn't have continued to be successful if he stayed with the Panthers past his injury, but you straight up said he was "NOT clutch for the Panthers". Your words. That's just a blatantly wrong statement.
  14. Tre seems like a fun guy, got no problem with him commenting and rooting for the team. But yea end of his career he was ass and a horrible tackler
  15. I get why they did it at the time because the 2017 Panthers roster was veteran heavy and ready to compete for a Super Bowl and they didn’t want to have a rookie kicker with a roster like that. Gano was then and still is one of the best kickers in the NFL so even though losing Butker stung they still had a great kicker. Now we have none and it’s just so typical Panthers to do something stupid like that.
  16. Bro you just said Gano was NOT clutch for the Panthers that’s just a flat out wrong statement
  17. He won’t stay healthy more than 3-4 games
  18. ???? Wtf!!! Yes he was. He hit tons of game winners. Slye never hit ONE game winning FG.
  19. ya know I had forgotten Amini was a thing on this team until you mentioned him. what a disaster that pick was.
  20. Panthers defense was just flat out more talented than the Jets offense. The Panthers should have put this ass-whipping on the Jets. If we see a performance like this against the Saints on Sunday, I will begin getting erect.
