Jonathan M Alexander @jonmalexander · 4m I can see easily Terrace Marshall having a much improved year, if Ben McAdoo can figure out a way to better incorporate him into the offense, which I do expect. He has all the tools and the potential. Big body. Good speed. Nice hands.

  13. It's something to look forward to...the question is how much access our media will have. But at least it's something. After that, I don't think there is anything till training camp.
  14. dude made over 80 mill, good for him
  15. We had a 3rd round grade on BC as a tackle, 2nd round grade as a guard. Jordan was terrible, so Ickey and BC, entering his second year, should be a formidable left side for years. Corbett and Moton should handle the right side. Corbett is under contract for the next 3 years. I was hoping we could spend a second rounder this year on a center, but we have big needs on D at DT, Edge and Linebacker....and we don't have a 3rd rounder. However, the future of the OL is bright...about the time Moton's contract expires (2026) we'll be signing Ickey long term and looking for a rookie right tackle. And RT is much easier to find than LT. If Bozeman can be the guy at C, we could sign him for another year or two (he's cheap...my fear is he will suck) we could get an anchor at C in the draft in 2024. "The Panthers added new interior starters in guard Austin Corbett and center Bradley Bozeman. Taylor Moton remains entrenched at right tackle, leaving one open spot — left guard — on Carolina’s reconfigured O-line. Christensen stands to battle 2021 left guard starter Michael Jordan for the gig, per Person. One year remains on Jordan’s rookie contract. Although Christensen was an All-American left tackle who generated Pro Football Focus’ highest single-season tackle grade in the site’s short history grading college players, it appears a best-five-blockers-type plan could produce a quintet featuring the 6-foot-6 lineman alongside Ekwonu next season." https://www.profootballrumors.com/2022/05/panthers-eyeing-brady-christensen-at-guard more at the link.
  16. honestly, those kind of numbers surprise me, but I know they are becoming the norm as the salary cap increases each year. Brian will be our highest paid player in franchise history at 24 mill a year. He's also only 24 years old, so his prime is ahead of him. Maybe he'll out-perform the contract.
  17. think he's from Charleston...he might want to come here.
  18. we'll probably be looking at LBs an DTs....no pass rushers worth anything will be let go because they're too valuable. Rhule said he wanted a LT, QB and pass rusher, and we got the first 2 in the draft.
  19. Charlotte Hornets PR @HornetsPR · 1h With the 2022 NBA Draft Lottery set to take place soon, below are the @hornets possible outcomes tonight and the likelihood of landing each selection: 1: 1.00% 2: 1.11% 3: 1.25% 4: 1.43% 13: 92.88% 14: 2.34% Charlotte has a 4.79% at a Top-4 draft pick.
  20. anything higher than our current pick. #1 would be nice. We have a 1% chance of that. Not that I know much about it, but found this... "Once the first four picks are established, the remainder of the teams are selected to figure out positions 5-14 in inverse order of their 2021-22 records." Read more at: https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/charlotte-hornets/article261483747.html#storylink=cpy so unless we get incredibly, and I mean incredibly lucky, we'll be picking at our normal spot.
  21. could we improve our position like we did two years, getting LaMelo? Probably not, but possible.
  22. man that's like cutting a first round rookie after one year
