  1. Leslies pool supply test says my water is good to go now but still cloudy as fug. I will probably have to floc it like you said but that's already been done once at the beginning of this 6 week process
  2. For reference this is were I was at on March 1st vs today.
  3. It could be different in Colorado but he could have lost his license here for helping you even without charging. For future reference if you ever want to be done with an agent even if you have a written agreement just reach out to the broker in charge of the firm. They'll either out right let you out of the agreement or set you up with a better agent from the firm.
  4. Can't trade back to 4 and end up with Levis. 2 is fine. I think I've shifted my stance to Richardson, young, stroud. Might as well go for the home run with a large chance of striking out
  5. Wasn't turkey having a HUGE inflation problem? Like 70ish percent and the president just kept pushing to lower interest rates (most countries raise interest rates to try to fight inflation)
  6. If you have 50/50 with your Brokerage you're getting railed and need to find a new one. Also shouldn't pay a desk fee in 2023. I've met my boss in person once.
  7. I would love to pay some one to deal with it. All these companies want to deal with your pool. No one wants to deal with a 42 year Old pool. I have had a company coming out for going on 6 weeks to get it clear and they were skimping on chemicals because they didn't charge me enough for the green to clean (really a black to clean lol). The reason it was so bad is because I hired a company last year to maintain it for 2 months while we were out of town and they did jack poo. I'll check out new look. I want to hire the company that's supposed to be cleaning it to maintain it because the girl is really nice, I'm just worried that once we get it clear she'll skimp on chemicals maintaining it and I'll be back at square 1
  8. I'm not actually going to fill it in guys. If I drained it I'd be refilling it with water. Or maybe tequila and sour mix
  9. The pool store is a water test. It looks slightly better today. I really just need to drain it but 50k gallons of water is expensive
  10. I've accepted that it's young. Only thing I'll say is he's been taking the s2 since 10th grade. I hope it's the first time Stroud has seen the test if that score is true lol
  11. This thing NEVER gets clean. Bought the house in 21 and it hadn't been used in about 12 years. Year 1 I replaced the pump. Just replaced the sand filter 2 months ago. It's been harder and harder to get clean each year. Put 26 pounds of shock in yesterday (recommended by pool stores balance reading). Didn't phase it. Anyone have any advice other than fill it in?
  12. Yeah not doing this trade. If the Texans trade up it means they desperately want Young. 2 and 12 would be the starting point
  13. Valuation will get to the point that no one can afford to buy. What does it matter (outside of yearly revenue) if the team is worth 40 billion dollars? How many candidates or even groups will be able to afford to purchase.
  14. They want to trade down because they only want young. Common sense says that if they only want him that they'd be willing to trade up to get him.
  15. He's going number 1. To Houston. Still holding out hope
  16. Lamar needs to read the room. He's not coming off looking very good in any of this. At this point the ravens should draft hooker this year, make lamar play on the tag then let him walk
  17. This is why you have to win while your qb is on a rookie deal. Unless you have one of the top 3 in the game you're better off drafting a quarterback in the first round every 4-5 years
  18. Ideal for me would be trade to 2 and pick up 12 if Houston is desperate enough for young
