  1. I have been watching alot of his games(not just highlights), and yes the slants, twelve yard outs, and QB runs seems to be a big part of his game. Very accurate on the short and medium stuff, so-so on the long stuff. What can we expect with Mcadoo running the offense. Will this be a run first offense with the short and medium stuff to compliment the running game? He definitely needs some more beef on his frame if he is going to be a running QB in the NFL and not end up on I.R. So what you got....what will the OC and his rookie QB fiqure out that will work.
  2. Who knows what he will be. A total roll of the dice. He may suck or be great. I'm not going to judge how it turns out untill the rubber hits the road.
  3. Big fuggin deal. I got in many fights in high school and that stupid sh%t stopped after I graduated. I'm sure he is done with all that baby crap, along with the drinking. He says he gave it up all together. He seems to be well grounded now as a grown man. Enough with this.
  4. What are they going to do? Obviously big bucks Darnold isn't going anywhere with that money invested. Will they carry 3 QB's this year and give up a roster spot to do so? Will they grab an UDFA and throw him on the practice squad and only keep 2 active? What u think?
  5. Doubt it.....just post draft noise at this point.
  6. Truth is....who the fug knows what they will do next. All speculation. They could say one thing and do the exact opposite. Who knows who is pulling the strings in the draft room. I think it is Fitts and Morgan, but no one knows for sure and ain't nobody talkin.
  7. Is it Fitts plan to squeeze his way back in the 3rd round or are they really considering one of the vet's....Mayfield, Jimmy G., or the pirate in a trade. What's your gut feeling about all this. Will he give up the draft or trade capital to do this or not
  8. The Saints fan forum things they did great. We shall see.
  9. If we trade him before June 1st, we would have a huge cap hit. Since we restructured him that would be the consequence. I'm not a cap guru, but it appears to be along the lines of 17 million. If this is false please say so. If true, how the fug do you recoup anything at all by trading him and eating that $$$?
  10. Going to have to give up some draft capital. Next year a 2nd OR A 3rd with Anderson. If they watch last year's film, they might not even take that. No CMC or D.J...no Burns or Horn. Fitts may be pulling a deal out his arse to get something done. Don't think he would do anything as stupid again as the Darnold deal.....right?
  11. Sam will probably be the guy. If they don't sign one of the two vets or somehow get into the 2nd round.....they have no choice.
  12. You have to give CMC a chance behind a real Oline....not an option.
  13. I know Anderson would go but what could we possibly get for him...not a 2nd or 3rd. Who else is worth a 2nd or 3rd that we could afford to give up short of throwing in a draft pick next year.... What u got?
  14. Cam was beat into the ground by the previous coach. He should retire, enjoy his $$ and kids, and his other side gigs. Enough already.
  15. We will the cap next year to do whatever needs to be done.
  16. Road graders and the bulldozer in Foreman and CMC the race horse behind this line. They will either trade someone to get back in the 2nd or 3rd round, or sign Mayfield or Jimmy G. They did say that there will be competition in the QB room. I'm happy with Icky and hoping for much better play on the offense as a whole.
  17. Sure give us their late 1st (or 2nd), and 3rd round pick (if they have one), and throw in Minshew (for a fifth round pick next year). We pick up a decent LT and another good player (defense or offense) and move on to the fourth round.....never happen.
  18. Was it the same surgery? And every player is different. Aren't to many Drew Brees's around.
  19. I am not a Dr. and don't know what the extent of his injury was or how it may effect his future. I know Jake had Tommy John surgery and he was never the same. Is his injury something that should heal 100% with no long term effects or may it possibly cause future problems? All they need is to roll the dice and come up with a guy who can't throw the ball twenty yards.
  20. If he wanted to reference Rome, he should have worn a toga, a wreath on his head, and walked in with a fiddle. Rome wasn't build in a day, but surely was burned to the ground in one.
