Now that we’ve hired Reich I’m seeing a lot of Carson Wentz in Will Levis And that’s not a good thing

What Reich was able to get out of Wentz was impressive. If you look at the seasons Wentz had the year prior and after 2021… it’s hard to imagine that dude ever throwing for 27 touchdowns with only 7 interceptions in 2021

Yeah… I know it was reported that he lobbied for Wentz but we also don’t know what the alternative would have been. So Reich may have wanted the guy he knew versus an unknown. Was it reported somewhere that Ballard wanted Ryan? Because it was beyond obvious Ryan was toast At the end of the day this hire makes sense for where this franchise is at. Ideally Reich finds himself a young innovative OC to team up with. Both the Panthers and Reich have been spinning their wheels in mud at the QB position the last several seasons. I truly believe that comes to an end this year and they do whatever they can to go get their guy

Frank’s success is going to depend heavily on who he hires as his OC imo In Philly he played second fiddle to Pederson and in Indy he had Sirianni

just looking at his numbers alone it would appear Reich played a decent role given what he was able to get out of him in Indy But yeah, who knows

People heard Fitterer say that we have a ton of cap space and got excited In reality we have no cap space this offseason and the space he was alluding to was future cap space. Which we can assume will be gone after this offseason which then puts us right back into those Hurney days

I actually went and looked at Indy’s ‘points for’ the other day and in 3 of Reich’s 5 seasons he had more points scored than any season we have had in our history minus 2015

And when the team “buys in” we still got showings like we did in Cincy and home against Pittsburgh If that’s the team buying into what’s going on then it’s time for a change already

Ben Johnson dropping out opened the door back open for Wilks So either Steichen nails this interview/wants the job or it’ll be Wilks job
