  1. It's OK to hit the QB 5 steps after the ball is gone in Seattle.
  2. Having an elite edge rusher is nice but if your offense can't score more than 17 a game, you're going to lose a lot of football games.
  3. Baker was always the wrong QB for McAdoo's offense. It is truly baffling how Rhule or Ben had a job this offseason. When a casual fan can see this debacle on the horizon during preseason, it's speaks volumes to what opposing DCs can see every week. God Tepper sucked Rhule meatballs.
  4. Not really crowning Baker. Just a huge revelation how big of a problem Ben McAdoo and this turd of an offense actually is.
  5. It's called adjusting. The offensive playbook was poo the first 5 games and has been ever since. You can change plays. You don't have to change the entire playbook but trying to run RPO with a QB that can't run will not work. There are things that could be pulled out of the playbook and new things put in. It's not like Baker has had months to learn an entire new scheme in LA. He had 2 days. They made a plan that fit the QB, not make the QB fit the plan. And he looked better tonight than he has in months in Carolina. Wilks is the HC. He can tell Ben to stop running the stuff that doesn't work.
  6. Hey Ben. How about designing a game plan for the players we actually have.
  7. Not nut huggin Darnold, just trying to come up with 2 worse coaches to develop a young QB and I'm hard pressed to come up with another dynamic duo.
  8. "Check out this invite I got to the Nebraska boosters event this weekend. What's a donkey show?"
  9. Throwing beer at kids is pretty fugging horrible.
  10. I wasn't the one who brought up what he was paid. I was just talking about his development as a QB under Gase and Rhule.
  11. It's not all about money. These guys are competitors too. You get paid by developing. If Sam could have been developed into a mid range starting NFL QB, that's 250m over the course of a career. That's a whole lot of cheddar.
  12. Imagine having to go to work every day and the success of your career being led by Adam Gase and Matt Rhule as the 2 coaches in charge of your development to this point. It hurts to even type that.
  13. I will always hate them. The worst treatment to opposing fans I have ever seen. They were throwing beer on kids, then security tossed the opposing fans from the game when they complained. Absolute fuging trash in a stadium that smells like rotting fish guts.
  14. "the Panthers emphasized with his plight and both sides agreed to a release." I assume you meant empathized.
  15. He should never have tried the meatballs.
  16. Nyah. Just saying Mr. Irrelevant had a better game than anything we had from Baker this year and that's just damn sad.
  17. Still better than anything we got out of Baker this year.
  18. If you have to sign a waiver to eat it, probably not a good idea beforehand.
  19. This is a visual representation of what it looks like when you release a small test fart at your wife's employee Christmas party.
  20. Once we're out of it, and in this division that could be week 18, play the young guys primarily and see what we have on our roster. We need to have some real game film on what we have for assets. Now a move like this may or may not result in losing, but I care less about a top 10 pick if we have 2 or 3 guys, like maybe Cade Mays, who can actually contribute and just need to see the field to prove it.
  21. I've been close to 2 lightning strikes in my life, both directly outside the building I was in. The thing that surprised me the most was the heat, we had windows open with screens on. It was like instantly standing next to a blast furnace then it was gone. The flash and thunder were both intense as well, but the most striking part was definitely the heat.
  22. If he's the top available, how bad are the rest?
