This has all been a part of Rhule's master plan. Tank the entire season so DJ would be forced to sign a cheaper contract. It's all been part of the plan, we just can't see it.

The sad part is we've already made an investment in our Oline. Erving and Elfien aren't worth what we paid. Miller and Jordan wouldn't be on a roster anywhere else. Paradis was hot garbage. We spent a 3rd and a 6th on a LT and a RG and have no idea if either can play, though it looks like both are better than anything we've fielded this year. Right now we should know if BC is a LT. We don't because his arms are an inch too short. Well Slater's arms are a little too short but he's a stud LT as a rookie. Brown, who knows what he can do. But it sure as hell can't be worse than Miller. These guys needed to play this year so we know what we have going into the offseason. Currently we need 4 positions on the line with 1 draft pick in the 1st 3 rounds and we have 2 guys we have no idea what if they can fill a spot or not. Rhule is living in a fantasy world. Make a true investment in this franchise. Kick his fugging ass to the curb.

This is part of the vision. We just don't see it yet.

What fugging difference does it make if you're just going to keep starting guys like Miller?

Actually yes. It wouldn't matter if we had Tom Brady in his prime. Matt Rhule has no freaking idea what he is doing as an NFL head coach. Until he's gone, other than for fantasy football, I won't give 2 flying fugs about what happens to the Panthers organization. They deserve all of it for keeping him. Even Marty Hurney was easier to tolerate than this poo show.

Bringing back Rhule after the poo show he's put together this year doesn't really do much to counter that argument.

Yeah. Robby had a chance in that interview to really step up and catch some of the flak that should have been deservedly coming his way, but no surprise, he dropped the ball.

I'm starting to wonder if there's a clause in the contract that Rhule cant be fired before year 3 without a non performance cause. It's just about the only thing that makes sense at this point.

Jake and Cam were just different QBs. That SB comeback by Jake was a thing of beauty to behold though and if it hadn't been for the shank kickoff that Lombardi could very well have ended up in Charlotte.

I know there are things in my job I struggled with for years that I just couldn't fully grasp until someone showed me a different way to view the problem. Then it just clicked and it became so easy I couldn't believe I had struggled with it for so long. That was always my hope for Sam. Doesn't look like that happened or even close.

I have no doubt that Sam is bad, and he had no chance to get better under Gase, but I think Rhule is actually worse than Gase and i didnt think that was even possible. Now I'm not saying Darnold is good or could ever be, but if there's ever been a QB that didn't have a chance in the NFL to develop, it could very well be him.

My only hope at this point is he's keeping Rhule until the end of the season just to guarantee we won't win another game with this round robin QB carousel BS we're doing.
