    I mean we all like to joke about how we make better decisions than a coaching staff, but in Rhule's case, the Huddle was literally predicting the success or failure of players months before Rhule figured it out.

    Diggs has earned the right to be a bit of a diva. He's a threat to take the top off every time he touches the ball. He's an absolute game changer.

    That's why it's important to draft a dedicated center and have them on the roster. We've had our opportunity over the past couple of years to draft a solid center in the 2nd and completely ignored them

    Bears wanted DJ. The Panthers would have rather given up 3 1sts than DJ and 2 1sts but DJ had to be part of the deal to get it done. Pretty straight forward stuff.

    When I said a couple of days ago that the Panthers wanted to give up 3 firsts but the Bears wanted DJ, you said it was BS. Me thinks you may have spoken too soon.

    The Rhule Era has the same feeling of seeing all your friends playing Super Mario Bros and you're still rocking asteroids on your 2600.

    I'd ask for 2 and 12 but I'd settle for 2 and 33. A 3rd is no reason to move out of 1.

    They really weren't close to a playoff caliber team. Getting in with a losing record and actually being able to be competitive are very different. That said, with the right QB I think we are much closer. Maybe by the end of year 2 we have the ability to make a serious run. But man I think we're close.

    You do know Rhule was the driving force behind all of those decisions. It's hard to play poker with other GMs with all your cards face up on the table.

    If they have equal grades on 2 QBs, and they can get 2 and 12, take that in a heartbeat. Even 2 and 33 I would do. You would really have to know for sure the Texans loved Young so we could still get CJ.

    Guess it will depend on the quantity and color of the skittles size objects that arrive from an anonymous source.

    He couldn't force it. Watson tossed Carolina from the running. If he hadn't, I fully believe Watson would have been a Panther.

    Tepper was the driving force behind acquiring Watson. We did contract restructuring just to make cap room for the trade. When that fell apart we ended up with Baker as the consolation prize.
