How many teams realistically had 55m plus per season available to make a fully guaranteed offer? And if you didn't have that money available and had to restructure contracts, look at what we did for Watson, and you knew that the Ravens could just match it, all you've done is hurt yourself to accomplish nothing. It's not like teams didn't want LJ. It's not just about the offer. It's what you have to do to your own situation to even make the offer.

I don't know about legit better talent than LJ. The debate I remember was always price and the ability to build around him vs Lamar. I would have been ok with Carr but nowhere near the price he got from NO. From what i remember, pre tag rumors were 3 1sts, 3 2nds plus players for LJ with his contract needing to be fully guaranteed. That’s an insane asking price, especially when you need to build around him. Once the tag was done, any legit shot at LJ was done. He was never leaving Baltimore. If someone had offered full price, the Ravens would have just matched it. No need to waste the 30 seconds on the phone call.

After 5 years of pathetic bullshit from this team and owner, you think the fans are the problem because they don't give a poo about another losing season and just want it over with? Our best offensive performance this season came from the backup to our savant #1 draft pick that has almost as many TDs to the opposing team as his own. If he plays the rest of the season, he may very well have the worst QB effort in NFL history. Winning this game or all the games the rest of this season changes nothing. This team has produced the worst record in professional sports over the last 5 years. The fans deserve better than this. If you're cheering for losing, then you're the problem, not the people who are tired of it and want better.

The same can be said of Cam that can be said of Dave and Nicole. What qualifications does he have to run an NFL franchise?

Until this team actually comes up with a plan, and I mean a real plan that lays out the identity of the franchise and how we're going to get there, it will be near to impossible to ever do.
